Hello, I'm Doctor David Ajibade. And this segment we want to focus on, in my opinion, the very best way to improve nitric oxides or increase nitric oxide production in your body. Especially if you're a black man or black woman. And that way is drum roll. Allogene L Arginine. L RG9. The this is an amino acid or protein. It's it's actually to be more specific it's it's a semi semi semi essential which means that the body can produce it to some degree. Semi essential amino acids. What this does is that it's once you take it in, it said Nutrients. Once you take it in. Your body breaks it down and produces the nitric oxide gas, which as we said in the previous segments dilates, relaxes your blood vessels and it helps to heal the inner lining of your blood vessel. The other thing that helps to do that, like we said, is vitamin D3 which also helps to heal the inner lining of the blood vessel. So the combination of the two is very important for both for your blood vessel. Let's talk about all arginine. Remember, we talked about the three professors, the three researchers who won the Nobel Prize for nitric oxide in in 1998. They kind of pointed out several things that nitric oxide does and how useful it is for the body. Well, one of them, Doctor Louis Ignarro, is a clinical pharmacologist and one of the three, and he pointed out that L arginine. Is one of the best ways to improve nitric oxide production, and he said you needed to have at least 5 grams a day of a arginine to for optimal cardiovascular health. If you have a if you have high blood pressure or any other cardiovascular disease, you need at least double that. To get the best results. Now the good thing is I it's a safe nutrient. It's a nutrient. So it's primarily safe. It's it's it's not likely gonna get any severe complications from it if you even if you take a little bit more than five or 10 grams. But that's very important to produce these things. Now I want to go step further to say that they now wanted to study black people, black men and women and say why and see why black men and women tend to have higher levels of blood pressure, heart disease, strokes than white people do. And the results were striking, in fact sobering, alarming. It's probably the best word to use. And what they What they found out is that black people have sometimes twice, they're twice as likely to have a heart attack or a stroke, even in the US We're looking at the US figures now, but we can sort of move them to Nigeria and other African countries because they complained whites and blacks, essentially, we have the same genetic makeup. But they looked at why this was so, and they found out that we have much less or much lower levels of enlargening and therefore much lower levels of nitric oxide than white people do. And so that was a key. So that's why I think this is the best way, our best approach to improving nitric oxide. Like we said there are fruits that vegetables that can help to improve nitric oxide production in the body. But based on research and I tend to like to focus to take research that has been done rigidly, rigorous research has been done in the in the lab to to and on in different from different formats. So I prefer this and in my experience that works. I'm going to give you a quick story. When I was in my early 30s, I was in the best of ships. I was a state champion in Rocket Ball, which is a very rigorous sport. It's like squash, but it's a lot more fun. So I may disagree. I I had no more blood pressure. Everything was my my, my, my body fat percentage was 7.35. So I was athletics, athletic standard. But still, I would walk around and once in a while I'll have this tight pain in the left side of my chest. That was alarming. I couldn't understand why that was sold, because everything seemed to be normal. In addition, when I would wake up in the morning and I would walk around my first few steps, we pay for us like someone was sticking pins and needles in me, in my in the soles of my feet. Found out that that has to do with circular circulation problems and again, why that would happen in me. I couldn't understand that. So that's what really got me on this whole search and all this this whole quest to find out the answers. And in addition, I also began to have patients who are on three 4-5 different high blood pressure medications who are not getting their blood pressures controlled. And these are people who are tried doing everything else they exercising, they eating right and all those things and yet the blood pressure medication wasn't working like it should. But when we now decided to add a logging in and then mix that I'll talk about, we found out that this was actually helping in addition to their blood pressure medication it was actually helping to control their blood pressure. In addition they were feeling better and some of those other side effects of medications were of the medications were taken disappeared and in fact they got had more energy and their sex lives improved. Good side effect, because sex sex has to do with blood flow and blood pressure, so that improves. So altogether we began to see that there was something right here. It helped me, of course I told you about my story, but it helped me. And so I no longer have those champions and left chest again, neither did I had any of those pains in my feet. So I began to look into the literature, look at, look at the research and say, OK, what is it? That makes black people more susceptible and again, like we we've just pointed out, we black people have more, less allogene and less nitric oxide than white people do. And so my my recommendation to you, especially if you are black, is to make it a point, for your sake and for your family's sake to get more of this alginate into your system. It's not available in foods as much shrimps and red meats. Some of the two top ways you can get elegy, but you don't want to take too many shrimps, and you certainly don't want to take too much red meat because they have their own complications as well. The best way. In my opinion is to get it in a supplements and not all arginine alone. You need it in the combination. There are other supplements there, other nutrients that help to make it a large engine work and produce nitric oxide and sustain the levels of nitric oxide that you need. If you take allogene alone, you're going to get a spike in nitric oxide and it's going to go down within. 1015 minutes Max. So you want something that is sustained over a period of time and there are nutrient complexes, there are supplements that are available to do just that. So just don't take my word for it. Now that you you know you heard this, go on the Internet and ask your doctor search and you'll be glad you did. But make sure you boost your levels of nitric oxide whatever you do.
