Web development is not the same thing as SEO. Do you use ScoreApp to generate and collect leads for your business? I won't lie, I have had a love hate relationship with the platform as was never convinced that the leads we generated were of high enough quality. We would work on campaigns for clients and always be able to generate leads. We know what makes a great scorecard ad and would get the leads. This month alone we've generated 71 leads at a cost of £6.21 per lead (see screenshot). It's a great lead cost considering the ROAS but it means nothing unless you can convert the leads you collect. We were putting our leads into an email nurture sequence and letting that do the heavy lifting waiting for them to book calls. Sometimes they did but it wasn't frequent enough and we certainly weren't converting enough at a high enough rate. It was also frustrating working with clients who we generated leads for but who weren't seeing conversions either despite knowing those leads were good quality because we could see their scores! Then, at the start of this year, lightning hit me with motivation and we started calling our leads rather than just emailing them. Yes, that simple. Pick up the phone, ring ring, "Hello? I can see you might need help with x, x and x based on your scorecard result - want to chat more?" It's resulted in 4 new clients this year at LTV of £20k+ with a spend of £5k and hundreds of leads to sift through and nuture. We will be upping our spend from this month to try and reach even more businesses and trying out different scorecards too. I'm now so in love with the tool that I've confidently set up one of my best clients with several, and we're smashing lead gen for them right now with ad leads at £3 and dozens of phone calls a day set up for his sales team. We'll also only work with clients who have a good sales process in place before running scorecard ads. It won't work otherwise. This is why, when I get cold DMs pitching guaranteed leads and meetings in my LinkedIn inbox, I laugh at them now. I've been to the dark side of cold email marketing several times and it's netted us with cost and poor leads. Scoreapp combined with Meta ads - has finally started to work and I'm not letting go of it! "$$ for just a WhatsApp tool? Are you crazy, Aman?" That's what a client said when I proposed upgrading to a better WA marketing tool. What they saw was the cost. What they didn’t see was how much $$ they were losing with their current setup. It’s like hiring us to cut down a forest with a blunt axe. Other than wasting time trying to get the job done, what you’re really losing is both time and money. If you're a scaling brand, investing in a solid CRM tool is essential. Having worked with 20+ tools across CRM channels, I can confidently say: Your CRM marketing is only as good as the tech stack you have. Choose wisely.

[just stop being in doubt 🤓] That’s the fact: the conversion rate of short video clips into sales is 20% higher than traditional graphic banners in e-commerce. We all have a friend who buys a lot from Reels (even might be the same person in some cases 🤣). When such a friend of mine recently messaged me (again 🤷‍♀️) at 2 am about ordering yet another "very beautiful thing" (“it just looked so cool in Reels!” 🤦‍♀️ ), I kindly suggested she’d better go to bed. However, the next morning, I recalled her message and decided to research how short video clips influence our purchasing decisions. The phenomenon is quite easily explained by the concept of "presence." Researchers identify three types of it: 💡 Place Presence: When you watch a video of the sea while at home but feel as though you are actually at the beach. 💡 Social Presence: When there is interaction with other people. 💡 Co-presence: The sensation of being with others in a virtual environment and the ability to communicate with them. When videos use attractive visuals, vivid product descriptions, and tips for buying and using items, viewers develop a positive attitude, making it easier for them to decide to purchase. This is place presence (kind of physical). People are more likely to be satisfied with a product if they feel they are part of a group in a shared virtual space. This encompasses social presence and co-presence. Reels have all of it. For example, in this video from "Goldapple" (will share below), there are first-person shots, a moving camera, and filming from eye level (physical presence) + a question for the audience (social presence) + relatable content that brings a group of people together (co-presence). So, if anyone in 2024 is still unsure about investing resources in Reels, you just stop it now and start doing it. --- 📽 The video attached feat. me and my buddy giving you a sense of presence and making you feeling of how amazing that giant croissant is!

The Power of Saying No** ✨ After years of working in Agency land, I’ve built a deep expertise in Google Ads and website performance, I've become accustomed to helping businesses unlock their potential. But yesterday, I reached a personal milestone that I want to share. For the past seven months, I’ve been in ongoing discussions with a prospect—countless calls, advice sessions, and a wealth of guidance provided, all with no commitment on their end. They kept coming back, asking for more insights, more expertise, and more of my time. Yesterday, they reached out once again with another request, and for the first time, I said no. Why?
