💻 Digital Transformation: Challenges, Strategies, and Political Will 📊 Digital transformation in Algeria is making great strides, but there are still challenges to overcome, such as resistance to change, the need to strengthen training in artificial intelligence, and the importance of establishing a strong local infrastructure. In this video, I share my thoughts on Algeria's digital program and the strategies needed for a successful transformation. We discuss the essential role of political will, as well as the need for continuous commitment, communication, and training at all levels. We also talk about the crucial importance of local data centers to ensure efficient information management, as well as the cybersecurity challenges that require constant vigilance, where every victory counts in the face of cyberattacks. 𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣 𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙅𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙏𝙄𝙈𝙐𝙉 𝙏𝘽𝙎 - 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙃𝙖𝙡𝙛 During the subsequent half of my mandate with TIMUN TBS, we mainly focused on our two major projects: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 took place on February 24th and 25th, at Tunis Business School. This edition was yet another success for TIMUN TBS, addressing crucial issues such as the impact of carbon emissions on climate change and the global debt burden. The young diplomats excelled in their debates and showcased remarkable critical thinking skills. Our final project, 𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗡 𝟮.𝟬, was the perfect culmination of our mandate. This 30-hour hackathon/MUN crisis committee provided our esteemed delegates with the unique opportunity to strategize and plot hypothetical wars against each other's nations and kingdoms. Throughout these two projects, I enjoyed working closely with the External Relations team to secure funding and finance our initiatives. This was both challenging and rewarding, and it strengthened my skills in negotiation and partnership establishment. As our mandate ends, I am beyond grateful for the invaluable experience I gained and the extensive network I built through TIMUN. 🔊 [ALERT PUBLICATION] Really happy to share my latest publication entitled "Does IT culture archetypes affect the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of e-banking services? A multistage approach of Algerian customers". In this research, we followed a #multistage approach. First, a #clusteranalysis was performed (based on a survey of 360 Algerian bank customers). Second, a #multiple #regression #analysis was assessed to test the hypotheses. Among the #contributions, you may appreciate: the (1) identification of five IT culture archetypes, (2) the mapping of these archetypes, (3) the use of the #spinning #topmodel and (4) the new context (developing country) and industry (banking) in which we performed the study.
