I still remember the year when #mulesoft introduced #API-led architecture and the feeling that I had about the impact it would had brought. I will remember this year as the year of #agentforce. agentic intelligence will create huge impact in the industry. Still, APIs and automation and data integration will be the nervous system, enabling any data to be part of the knowledge repository, the #datacloud, where all this data becomes part of the conversation.

When AI Remembers More Than You Do 🤯: Cross-Session Memory in Action Waiting for my car to get winter tires ❄️🚗 and letting my mind drift between architecture ideas for my Salesforce optimization app. To make it more visual, I experimented with Stable Diffusion on Hugging Face 🎨🤖 to generate a scene of myself waiting. Seeing the result reminded me how powerful and interconnected these AI tools are becoming. On top of that, I’m genuinely impressed by how conversational AI is evolving to support our ongoing work. My ChatGPT even remembered our discussions across sessions, turning each conversation into something more valuable. Q: What is behind Salesforce's Q1 revenue & forward guidance miss? In the QI earnings call, Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff highlighted the company's position to gain from the artificial intelligence (AI) era, saying it's "the beginning of a massive opportunity for our customers to connect with their customers in a whole new way with AI." (source: Investopedia, public record). Summary of performance: 1) Salesforce shares fell 20% Thursday after the company released weaker-than-expected fiscal first-quarter results on Wednesday. 2) Analysts said broader macroeconomic challenges “returned with a vengeance” during Salesforce’s first quarter. 3) Despite the miss, many analysts are optimistic about how the company could benefit from its use of generative artificial intelligence. (source: CNBC). All five of SFDC's tech units contributed to revenue estimates, but Professional Services revenues were a miss in Q1. Salesforce is an AICX Institute Benchmark, and The Institute sees the Einstein Co-pilot as a long-term force to be reckoned with. Mark's phrase above, "...it's the beginning...", however, implies that realization of market share gains in the AI sector and payback for capital investments in both Einstein and the Data Cloud are still in the future. 📆 Webinar tmrw, 2pm CET (in french 🇫🇷) 25y ago, b2b landscape was completely transformed by cloud and SaaS. Giants like Salesforce, Workday, SAP emerged reshaping the entire industry. Some analysts predict the Al opportunity will be at least 5x larger But I'm pretty bullish it will be even bigger I'm thrilled to join Aude alongside Nicolas and Chalom to share some insights on how AI will revolutionize the way revenue teams operate.
