Hello from our HUGO BOSS Factory ONE production site! One of the many things that makes us unique among our peers in the industry is that our corporate headquarters are also home to one of our five production sites. Factory ONE has been operating here for 50 years and is where we produce our MADE IN GERMANY pieces and also our most expensive and exclusive line: MADE TO MEASURE. Over the last half-century, we have gathered so much know-how here. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in this production line is like no other — it includes 260 steps for suits, and it absolutely makes a difference. This is also one of the many reasons why this is the place where, over the years, we have produced suits and outfits for many celebrities. Watch the video for a personal walkthrough of Factory ONE 😊 #insideHUGOBOSS

The most important thing about a suit, is the way it is constructed. Would have been “nice” if you had said, if it is Full-Canvas, Semi-Canvas or Fused.

Great company and a a man in a suit shows style, but what is more interesting is the sustainability and carbon footprint. What happens to all the pieces of material not used ie cut offs, how do they recycle, or throw them away. What is the chain of sustainability and life cycle. Also what do the clients do with any clothes they don’t wear anymore. Does any company actually have the transparency to share to the Joe po. So much nowadays is based on eco, sustainability and carbon this would be more engaging to see how companies are becoming responsible and how they are helping to protect and save the planet. 😊

FACTORY ONE embodies the values and quality of HUGO BOSS to perfection. We have taken FACTORY ONE to the next level of exclusivity and innovation. A huge thank you to this fantastic team.

Great to see you at Factory One! Very inspiring and relevant. According to a recent YouGov study 67% of Americans want to know where their clothes are manufactured which is more important than sustainability and fair trade. According to your website 14% of Hugo Boss products are made in Germany. Do you plan to produce more in Germany and increase production transparency? Can you imagine collaborating with your shoppers to increase made in Germany product sales?

Fully agree! If people would see how much labour flows into one suite, … it should be much more expensive. Great insights. Thanks for sharing this.
