I'm thrilled to announce the publication of my latest paper: "Examining the Potential of Cultured Meat: Technological Advancements, Sustainability Prospects, and Challenges" In this review paper, Dr. Ali Motamedzadegan and I discuss how cultured meat might be a better, more ethical, and less harmful alternative to conventional livestock farming that could help solve the world's food security problems. Highlights: • Cultured meat has a far smaller environmental footprint than conventional meat, according to life cycle analysis. • New developments in scaffold technology, tissue engineering, and bioreactor design are speeding up the commercialization of cultured meat. • However, there are still obstacles to overcome, such as finding cost-effective ways to scale up production, understanding regulatory frameworks, making sure the product is safe, and getting consumers to accept it. To fully realize the potential of cultured meat to enhance food security, nutrition, environmental sustainability, and animal welfare, we propose an interdisciplinary approach that takes into account scientific, technical, legal, and social factors. Good for you Pouya! Biotechnology and AI, as two main disruptive technologies, are designing the world future journey. Understanding the rules, how(s), and why(s) keeps us update and lets us to be a part of this journey. BTW, I'm happy that Pouya as a young researcher, has a great passion in this field. Good luck!
Loved it, a topic that's not only efficacious environmentally, but also ethically. Hope to see more from you. Congratulations.
The potential for cultured meat with less waste is truely existing. 90% reducation for water using!! 🙂
Congrats Mr. Ramezani. Good Luck!
