A THANKSGIVING DAY MESSAGE Today, as we celebrate Thanksgiving, I’m reminded of something important: None of us achieves anything worthwhile completely alone. Every success, every lesson, every moment of growth is shaped by the people we choose to surround ourselves with. This day is about gratitude, but let me challenge you to think about it a little differently. Instead of just saying “thank you,” take a moment to truly reflect on the roles others have played in your life - their impact, their influence, their sacrifices. To my family, thank you for being my foundation and for always supporting me even when things didn’t weren’t always going well. You remind me why I work hard and why life is about so much more than just goals or achievements. To my friends, thank you for your honesty, your support, and your ability to pull me back down to earth when needed. You prove that the right relationships are a mirror, showing us who we are and who we could be. To my team and colleagues, thank you for your dedication, for challenging the way I think, and for sharing this journey of growth. Leadership isn’t about being the smartest in the room - it’s about surrounding yourself with people who inspire you to be better. You do that for me every day. And to every person and organization I’ve worked with, coached, partnered with, or crossed paths with, thank you for trusting me, for sharing your stories, and for letting me guide in whatever small way I could. You’ve taught me that leadership isn’t just about driving results - it’s about guiding people toward what they’re truly capable of. So today, let’s be intentional about our gratitude. Let’s not just feel thankful - let’s express it. Write the note, make the call, have the conversation. Let the people in your life know what they mean to you, and how they’ve shaped your story. Because at the end of the day, leadership, life, and legacy come down to one thing: relationships. Thanksgiving is a perfect reminder of the importance of gratitude—not just in our personal lives but also in how we lead and work with others. As a leader, one of the most impactful things I’ve learned is the value of recognizing the people behind the work. Taking time to celebrate milestones like holidays, birthdays, or personal achievements reminds our teams that they’re more than just contributors to a task—they’re valued individuals. This Thanksgiving, I’m reflecting on how small gestures, like a heartfelt thank-you or a simple acknowledgment, can transform relationships. When people feel appreciated and seen, they’re more engaged, more connected, and more willing to bring their best to the table. So, as we enjoy this season of gratitude, let’s also think about how we can show appreciation for the people we work with—not just today, but every day. To my team, colleagues, and connections: I’m grateful for the opportunity to collaborate, learn, and grow with you. Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful and restful Thanksgiving! How are you showing gratitude to your team this holiday season? I’d love to hear your ideas! #Thanksgiving #Leadership #Gratitude”

As we celebrate Thanksgiving , I find myself reflecting on the many layers of gratitude we experience in both our personal and professional lives. Leadership, at its core, is about recognizing the support systems around us—the people, moments, and even the lessons from challenges, both big and small. I’m endlessly grateful for the people I work with—those who push boundaries, think bigger, and make every challenge feel achievable. To my coworkers, team members, and leaders alike, thank you for your dedication, passion, and drive to grow together. You make my journey as a leader both humbling and rewarding. To our incredible vendors and partners, thank you for your trust and collaboration. Your support enables us to push forward, adapt, and continue creating value for our customers. Together, we build stronger networks and lasting success. To my lovely wife Sunita and my beautiful daughters Malika Sood Raashi Sood who remind me daily what love, patience, and resilience look like, your support is a constant source of strength. Whether in moments of success or challenge, your belief in me keeps me grounded and focused. And a special shoutout to my dog, Cheeku 🐾—who reminds me of the importance of joy, loyalty, and living in the moment. You’ve taught me that leadership doesn’t always come with words, but in presence and consistency. To my neighbors, friends, and even those everyday interactions that brighten our lives—you shape a community that inspires leadership in kindness, respect, and connection. Finally, to the world around us, living and non-living, for providing lessons in growth, change, and patience. Leadership is about embracing these lessons and guiding others through the ups and downs, while remaining rooted in purpose. Leadership is built on gratitude. It’s about recognizing that none of us lead alone. It’s about learning from everything around us—people, experiences, and even silence. Let’s continue to lead with compassion, humility, and a heart full of gratitude. Happy Thanksgiving to all, and may we continue to inspire, lead, and uplift one another every step of the way. #Leadership #Gratitude #Thanksgiving #Teamwork #Family #Community #Partners #Vendors

Does it always work perfectly? No. But doing it consistently fosters resilience and a grounded perspective over time. 💡💪 Today, as we reflect on the many things we’re grateful for, we invite you to join us in this practice. Every Thanksgiving morning, I carve out one hour to send 5-10 texts or emails to the people who have lifted me up throughout the year. Family, friends, colleagues—it’s my way of pressing pause and showing gratitude for the impact they’ve had on my life. This tradition started years ago when I received a heartfelt message from my manager (shout out to Bob Bertges!) that stopped me in my tracks. It reminded me of what Thanksgiving is really about: connection, gratitude, and taking the time to acknowledge the people who matter most. Here’s my challenge to you: Set aside an hour this Thanksgiving and do the same. Send a few heartfelt messages to those who’ve made a difference in your life. It’s a small gesture, but trust me, it can have a huge impact. As we approach Thanksgiving, I find myself reflecting on the incredible power of gratitude. Over the years as a leader, I've come to realize that appreciating the people around us is not just about acknowledgment—it's about creating a workplace where everyone feels seen, valued, and celebrated for their unique contributions. In my book, I emphasize that leaders who take time to genuinely appreciate their teams foster loyalty and energy that propel an organization forward. Thanksgiving reminds me to slow down and appreciate not just the big wins but the smaller victories that often go unnoticed. Whether it’s through a simple “thank you” or a handwritten note, I’ve learned that expressing appreciation brings us all closer and builds a positive culture where people thrive. This year, as you gather with loved ones, I encourage you to reflect on the people in your life who help make your journey possible. Take a moment to share your gratitude with them; it might just be the most valuable gift you give. As we celebrate this season of thanks, let’s commit to bringing gratitude into our daily lives, not just for one day a year. To my family, my colleagues, and everyone who has supported me this year—thank you. #gratitude #appreciation

When was the last time you stopped to think about who you’re becoming, not just what you’re achieving? It’s easy to get swept up in the goals, the metrics, the endless to-do lists. As Thanksgiving reminds us to reflect on gratitude, consider taking a moment to look inward. Every once in a while, it’s worth asking: who am I growing into? Am I evolving in ways that align with the kind of person and leader I want to be? Thanksgiving isn’t just about what we have—it’s about who we’re becoming in this journey. Personal growth isn’t about ticking boxes; it’s about deep alignment with your values and purpose. This season, pause and ask yourself if you’re nurturing the person you truly aspire to be. Happy Thanksgiving! #SelfDiscovery #LeadershipJourney #InnerGrowth #AuthenticLeadership

As we approach Thanksgiving, I encourage everyone to pause and take a moment to reflect. It’s easy to get caught up in the daily grind, but stepping back to acknowledge both the wins and the losses is a powerful practice. In the past, one of my favorite ways to do this with the teams I led was asking each department to create a one-page snapshot of their key wins, challenges, and learning moments. It was always incredible to see how much everyone had accomplished, and it allowed the whole team to celebrate what they might have missed in the rush of progress. It’s easy to forget how far we’ve come, but pausing to capture these moments helps us not only appreciate the journey but also learn from it. This practice of pausing, reflecting, and capturing has always helped me—and the teams I’ve worked with—acknowledge where we’ve been and where we’re headed. •Pause: Slow down and step back from the rush of everyday life. •Reflect: Look at what you’ve accomplished, the obstacles you’ve faced, and the lessons you’ve learned. •Capture: Take a moment to document, whether through a photo, video, or simply writing it down, so you can savor and share your progress. This Thanksgiving, let’s all take a moment to celebrate what we’ve achieved—personally and professionally—and continue building on that momentum and thankfulness. I’m grateful for everyone who’s been part of my journey this year—whether through collaboration, support, or inspiring connections—and for the opportunities we’ve had to learn and grow together. Let’s keep moving forward with even more success in the year ahead. Happy Thanksgiving! #Reflection #Leadership #Gratitude #Growth #Momentum
