Santa is a Market Researcher 🎅 Rumour has it that Father Christmas has a day job as a market researcher. However, thinking objectively about it, I think the rumour might actually be true. Think about it. Santa: 📋 Gathers extensive data on consumer behaviour and wants, many of which arrive fully transcribed in the form of Christmas wish lists! 📊 Analyses trends year-on-year. What are the latest hot products and what will be the emerging trends in 2025? 💡 Tailors his "product offerings" to meet the ever-changing preferences of his target audience. He always has his global localisation hat on. 🚛 Is a logistics expert. Delivering the right product, to the right customer at the right time, many of which have moved home and even relocated to another country since the last interaction. It must be a nightmare! 🗣️ He takes the insights from his extensive research to help him connect emotionally with his audience, understanding their dreams, with the aim of building lifelong loyalty. Come on, who wouldn’t want a focus group moderated by the big guy himself? Hmmm. No-one asks for fieldwork on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, freeing him up for delivering everything. And he can work all night on random unhealthy food that people leave out for him. You might be on to something here Andrew!🎅 🛷 ✨
