More than capital and infra, right team is the fundamental requirement for any organization to scale up..!! Building a trustable team is never an accident, it is always a conscious act, more like an art... It involves little of logical thinking but whole heap of emotional quotient... Want to build a team that is accountable..?? Don't just delegate responsibility, delegate power and authority... Let your team take the ownership... Build your team based on a foundation of trust... #teamwork #corporateskills #softskills #lifeskills #happyworkplace #teambuilding

Beliefs shape how a team acts and reacts. Real improvement happens when you get to the root of why those issues exist. What unspoken beliefs are holding your team back? Let me double click on beliefs for a moment: Imagine a team struggling with deadlines. On the surface, it seems like a capacity or time management issue. But when you dig deeper, you discover a core belief: *the team feels they can’t say “no” to new requests from stakeholders.* They’ve accepted that they must take on everything, no matter the impact on quality or timelines. And that belief has to be addressed.

The power of intra-team 'peer review' sessions: Before submitting, I conduct an internal 'peer review' of the proposal within the team. This not only strengthens the proposal but also helps team members see their roles more clearly. Plan this session before you start writing so that everybody in the team is ready. I typically plan this session about 3 weeks before the application due date.

Your team is only as strong as its weakest link. That's why it's crucial to build a cohesive team instead of focusing solely on individuals. One untrained individual could be the cause of an accident, error, or disaster that could result in loss, penalties, or even liquidation of the business. To avoid this, build a culture of knowledge sharing and foster cooperation among your team. Remember, teamwork makes the dream work! #teamwork #teambuilding #teamcollaboration #knowledgesharing
