About us

I help organisations clarify their strategy, define their culture and align their executive team for success. Leadership, strategy and culture need to come together cohesively to add up to more than the sum of the parts. It's important not to tackle these in isolation – they need to be integrated and mutually reinforcing. With a logical, thought through strategy, aligned to your purpose, you have clarity on where to invest your time, resources and efforts, decision making. But a good strategy is not a strategic plan, it’s a set of fully integrated choices on where you will focus, what you will do and how you do it. I spend time with clients making sure their strategy is a credible strategy, not just a strategic plan. Even with a great strategy you still need an executive team that is a real team, committed to, and focussed on, achieving the strategic results and are comfortable holding each other accountable along the way. I work with executive teams to coach them through this journey. Culture is how it all comes together, or falls apart. Leaders create culture through their mindset and behaviours. Great organisational cultures share the same high level attributes, but are focused in different areas, depending on their strategy. I help you measure you recurrent culture, define the culture you need and plan how to close the culture gap you may have. Taken together this approach gives your organisation its playbook for success. That’s why I work with organisations on all 3: leadership, strategy and culture.
