Before falling into an exercise for strategy building... it shall not be forgotten to take time to review the existing processes first and how they foster employees presence. Without employees the "strategy" remains being a plan. I have observed many organizations possess a wealth of resources, however, converting these assets into tangible results often proves challenging. This discrepancy arises from several factors, mostly: Staff might lack the expertise to utilize them effectively OR Information crucial for resource allocation may be fragmented across departments OR Staff or departments may resist new ways of working, hindering innovation. To bridge this gap, organizations must focus on strategic planning, process improvement, employee development, data integration, and fostering a culture of adaptability.
