Today, Customer Contact Week, Observe.AI just announced the Next Generation of Conversation Intelligence, with the roll-out of new generative AI capabilities across the platform. This release represents a MASSIVE shift in time-to-value for customers and significantly improves workflows across our Real-Time AI and Post-Interaction AI products.
Specifically, enhancements to:

-Summarization AI, now offering Custom Summaries and a Summarization Builder
Earlier approaches to conversation intelligence relied heavily on keywords and phrases to extract precise, yet narrow insights to drive Auto QA, coaching, and real-time workflows. However, an area that continued to be challenging was the ability to derive insights based on complex reasoning and broader subjective questions. With this release, Observe.AI enables customers to tackle that last frontier using natural language prompts to extract more nuanced, subjective, and ambiguous insights – for example, “Did the agent respond appropriately to customer objections?”, and “Did the agent ask probing questions to understand the customer’s issue?”.
These insights then enrich Auto QA, coaching, and real-time agent guidance at the speed and performance required by enterprise contact centers. Now, contact center leaders no longer have to struggle with incomplete or inaccurate insights, and slow, complex implementations.
