Yesterday’s mock interview with 👋Ashleigh Early was sooo insightful. I mentioned this quote in my answer to the “tell me about yourself” question. Sales, specifically Tech Sales is such a fast paced and evolving industry. I love The emphasis put on growth and I’ve come to realize that as you grow your mind, you truly grow your wallet! The two are synonymous. Thank you for the feedback and I look forward to implementing all that I’ve learned thus far, my wallet is ready to grow!! 🚀🚀 #techsales #sdr #bdr

Last night I did some mock interviews with Re:work and Johnnaya Jackson Carr dropped this gem of a quote. (𝟭) 𝙎𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙅𝙤𝙝𝙣𝙣𝙖𝙮𝙖 - 𝙨𝙝𝙚'𝙨 𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙣, 𝙙𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡-𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣. (2) I always learn so much from interviews (mock or real). Getting new perspectives and hearing the creative things people do to find success is not only inspiring but directly actionable. (For example another candidate mentioned using THREE types of AI to help her prep for job interviews...waiting to hear more on that and will pass on!) But I do believe this is true with all my heart. We don't live to work - we work to LIVE. And capitalism says you need a solid wallet to live. Here are three things I do to grow my mind that I 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 impacted my wallet... 1. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 - Whether it's audiobooks, blogs, business or fantasy. Reading will always give you new ideas and expand your frame of reference which will help you create stronger bonds with more prospects. 2. 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 (𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴/𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻) - I've given up on meditation at this point but breathwork is essential to reconnecting with what really matters to me and staying focused. Whatever works for you to accomplish that - DO IT. 3. 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 - Whenever you can. Work or not, every time you make a connection with a stranger it makes you a better sales professional. What do you do to #GrowYourMind so you can #GrowYourWallet ? Tell me in the comments!! 👋 Hi! This question is a wonderful way to set the stage for your interview. Your communication, personality, energy, knowledge, and engagement will simultaneously work together. 1. Before the interview, study your personal brand. What are your strengths and/or achievements? What are you known for? What is pragmatic and dynamic about you? 2. Create several personal brand statements together and practice them. 3. Be sure to include something unique and authentic about yourself. Tie it to your brand. 4. Practice to make it comfortable for you. Be prepared for questions that will open up your introduction. 5. The more authentic you are the better. *Need help identifying your personal brand? I can help. #Branding #PersonalBranding #Coach #ResumeWriter 😀

Many times I'm convinced that it's very cool to have the skill of storytelling, it will help both in a job interview, in presenting your idea and design. Among other things, it's good for the brain and helps not only in the writing profession. After all, in any business you need to emphasize the story of creating a unique brand to make it successful and profitable. One of the key thoughts of Miller's book «The Storybrand Method» is that every brand should have a story. A story in which the consumer is the hero, the brand is his helper, and the product or service is the tool that helps him achieve his goal. And I want to share with you one quote from the book that I agree with 100%: «One of the most powerful tools you have in business is your story»

I’ve read many books, but this one truly transformed my understanding of value: (And it offers insights you won’t find anywhere else.) → To Sell is Human by Daniel H. Pink Here’s how it changed my perspective and what I learned: ➡️ We're All in Sales: Whether you're in a traditional sales role or not, we’re all constantly selling—ideas, solutions, ourselves. Understanding this shifts how you position your value in any interaction. ➡️ Attunement: The book taught me the power of empathy in selling—understanding others' perspectives is key to positioning yourself in a way that resonates with your audience. ➡️ Clarity Over Information: People don’t need more information—they need clarity. Simplifying your message and focusing on the problem you solve helps you communicate value more effectively. ➡️ Pitch Perfect: The way you pitch yourself matters. This book showed me how to craft short, memorable, and compelling pitches in a job interview or networking conversation. Master these principles → and you’ll become better at communicating and positioning your unique value in both personal and professional life. #Communication #SuccessMindset
