Today is World Mental Health Day. I know we often say "How are you?" without truly listening for the answer. I know I can be guilty of that. It got me thinking, what if we made space for genuine responses? What would that look like? Mental health isn't just about managing illness - it's about fostering #wellbeing for all. At work, that means creating environments where people feel safe to be vulnerable, seek support, and prioritize their mental wellness. Small acts matter: Check in with a colleague. Take that mental health day. Have the courage to say "I'm not okay." Let's move beyond awareness to action. Paul, I agree that mental health isn’t just about managing illness, it’s about fostering wellbeing in the workplace and beyond. It might seem challenging in today’s super fast paced unstable business environment but, as you say, it can be down to small acts of every day kindness so people feel that they matter - saying thank you, checking in on colleagues present and past, showing genuine interest in people life journeys, the list goes on!
