Today is World Mental Health Day – a vital reminder that mental health matters, not just today, but every single day. Mental health is as important as physical health, and taking care of our minds is crucial for leading a balanced and fulfilling life. Whether it’s managing stress, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed, it’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to talk about it. We encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on their mental well-being and extend support to those around them. At Murria, we believe that the first step towards better mental health is awareness, and the second is action. Whether it’s through daily practices like mindfulness, regular exercise, or simply talking about your struggles, every little step counts. Let’s remove the stigma and create a world where mental health is openly discussed, understood, and prioritised. Remember, you’re not alone – support is always available. Reach out to loved ones, friends, or professionals when needed. Let’s use today to not only reflect but to actively support ourselves and each other on this journey to mental well-being. #WorldMentalHealthDay #MentalHealth #MentalHealthMatters

Today is World Mental Health Day. I know we often say "How are you?" without truly listening for the answer. I know I can be guilty of that. It got me thinking, what if we made space for genuine responses? What would that look like? Mental health isn't just about managing illness - it's about fostering #wellbeing for all. At work, that means creating environments where people feel safe to be vulnerable, seek support, and prioritize their mental wellness. Small acts matter: Check in with a colleague. Take that mental health day. Have the courage to say "I'm not okay." Let's move beyond awareness to action. How will you support mental health - yours and others' - today and every day? #WorldMentalHealthDay #MentalHealthAtWork

💙 Today marks World Mental Heath Day. Here are some useful tips we shared with our colleagues earlier today as a reminder to prioritise mental health at work: 🥪 Ensure to take your lunch break each day 🤝 Reach out to colleagues or friends for support 📝 Start each day with a to-do list, to support in focusing your mind 🗣 Speak to a MHFA (if you have one at work) if you are struggling or concerned about anything 😍 Say thank you, recognise and praise others, this not only boosts your mental health but their mental health too! The more we check in on one another, and have conversations around mental health, the better for us all. Sometimes we can get caught up in our busy lives and forget to focus on our own mental health and wellbeing, however mental health is incredibly important as it can affect our minds, physical health, resilience, our relationships and self-esteem too. #Worldmentalhealthday #wecare #wellbeing
