It's also super important to check in on yourself. Self-awareness is the first step to wellbeing, and remember.... It’s ok to not be ok! 👍 It's also important to support your colleagues by creating a safe space where they feel comfortable talking about mental health in the workplace! Mental health is a subject that is often overlooked as people feel embarrassed to talk about it, or don't know what to say to someone that is suffering Remember, taking care of your mental health is not a sign of weakness—it’s a path to strength💚 So if anyone ever needs to chat....
