🌍 Today is World Mental Health Day 💜 Mental health is more often than not, a silent struggle, and I’ve learned firsthand how hard it can be to talk about it when you’re feeling low, burned out or like there is just no hope. As much as people encourage you to "talk about it", it's absolutely in no way, as easy as just openly talking about it. But finding someone you trust to confide in can be a lifeline during tough times and can make a world of difference. Championing mental wellness is so important - check in on each other, listen without judgment, and remind ourselves that asking for help is a strength, not a weakness.
