You don't feel ready? That's okay. You don't need to feel ready to start. Here's what can help you start, no matter how you're feeling. → Imagine a version of yourself that feels ready and confident. → Think about the mindset, thoughts, behaviors, and habits that version of you has. → Write down one small step you can take today to move closer to that version of yourself. It could be anything—a new habit, a positive thought, or a small action. As a coach, I help clients form the version of themselves they want to be. → Together, we create a plan to build your confidence, achieve your goals, and find balance in your life. ☞ If you want more support in becoming your best self, send me a DM. Let's chat about your goals and how we can make them a reality. Are you ready to see what else is possible?

Yesterday I took myself to a quiet space and used the brilliant Anxiety Freedom Cards in8.uk.com for myself. I needed to dig into why I was feeling anxious and on edge. It turns out a lot of my personal needs aren't being met, which makes sense as I've been head down trying to get everything in order at work before I finish for holiday this Friday. 🌊 😎 So now I know that and have a plan to work on them, I feel much lighter. The cards are brilliant at helping you very quickly get to the root cause of your feelings and what you need to change. They can be really useful in a coaching conversation if you're feeling stuck. 🌟 If this sounds like something you need I have space for five mums who want to get clear on their career or life direction before Christmas. Starting in September my 12 week Evolve and Empower programme is £695 and I'm offering a beautiful journal as a bonus if you book by 31st August. This includes: 🌟 6 hours of 1:1 coaching, either online or in-person (I’m in west Wiltshire.) 🌟 2 planning sessions 🌟 ongoing email support and accountability check-ins Together we’ll: 🌟 Dive into what makes you tick, and what you want from your professional and personal life in your next chapter 🌟 We’ll smash through the blocks or limiting beliefs you may have 🌟 We’ll make concrete plans to bring it to life 🌟 I’ll be there as your accountability partner and cheerleader throughout the 12 weeks, keeping you motivated, keeping you focused and ensuring success DM to have a chat, ask me any questions you have or to book. Helen x “Helen was really encouraging and once she got me started I felt like I couldn’t stop! I had been going round in circles for years but at the end of our time together I feel less stuck, confident in my ability to move forward, and a belief that my goals are achievable; I feel empowered. Helen also helped me establish methods to carry this feeling into my day-to-day life.” Lucy #lifecoach #careercoach #mums #midlife #change

Getting caught up in your daily routine can be a trap that keeps you from reaching your personal goals. You can have regular routines at work and with family and not to forget about creating a fulfilling life beyond those routines. If you ever feel lost, try these steps: 1. Take a break: ↳ Step away from your work and family routine. Consider a short trip, whether solo or with friends or family. ↳ A change of environment is crucial for sparking new ideas and perspectives. 2. Engage in enjoyable activities: ↳ Use this time to do things you genuinely enjoy to stay motivated. ↳ If you're unsure what those are, experiment with different activities until you find something that brings you happiness. 3. Plan for regular personal time: ↳ Think about how you can consistently create time for yourself in the future. ↳ This could involve scheduling regular breaks from work, taking short trips, or engaging in work that brings you joy. 4. Return refreshed: ↳ After taking a break, you’ll come back refreshed and rejuvenated. ↳ Sometimes, stepping away from your routine can help you find the happiness and fulfillment you’ve been seeking. 🔹What steps do you take to break out of your routine? — Vinayak Life Coach ————————————————————— 🌱Coaching can help you discover your hidden passion and give you a sense of direction and fulfilment. "It's the wanting. Pain comes from always wanting things" - Aldo Moltisanti, played by Ray Liotta in The Many Saints of Newark. Moltisanti is serving life imprisonment for murder. He has no future, so he probably finds it easier than most to accept his situation whilst contemplating Buddhist philosophy. In coaching, we work on creating goals and how to achieve them: career goals, business goals, life balance goals, health & fitness goals, performance goals, money goals. So can you have a burning desire to achieve your goals (the wanting) and be happy at the same time? Happiness (or maybe contentment) comes from within. When we align ourselves as much as possible with our values, we're able to live authentically, and that means having a strong sense of self - and confidence that we're on the right path. We often talk about "enjoying the journey" towards your goals, but what does this mean? It means being mindful of the moments in your life *right now*. It means making a conscious decision to engage in the present and focus on process. I remember reading a post here on LinkedIn, that emphasised the philosophy of "I'm already here". This means letting go of the idea that your happiness is conditional upon your circumstances. There's no progress without wanting. But it doesn't have to be painful. Coaching that uses positive psychology is different because it looks at what is already going right. (Although often my clients will start off struggling to see their situation that way! Which is completely normal) It leans towards what resources you already have to build on, what strengths you have, what skills and support systems. As your coach I have a focus on always helping you to increase your life satisfaction. That means using different well-being theories and tools in the process. It means that none of the goals you want to achieve should sacrifice your well-being. It means increasing positive emotions and looking at; Connection Meaning Flow Finding your purpose To mention a few! It is about taking into consideration positively impacting your happiness and well-being with every decision you make and every goal you set from today. It’s about getting your sights on +10 life satisfaction. Exciting no?! It is my belief that goals can be achieved without sacrifice. We’ve just been told for so long that this is not the case, that we have to ‘earn’ our happiness in any way that you can ~ essentially meaning pain! No. Not so. I am a coach that begins with YOU, all that you are ALREADY (magical) we don’t start with a foot in lack, but a foot in gratitude. We move from there. Even if you don’t see the magic in yourself, I promise you, I DO. ✨ Sending love!
