Consider a short trip, whether solo or with friends or family. ↳ A change of environment is crucial for sparking new ideas and perspectives. 2. Engage in enjoyable activities: ↳ Use this time to do things you genuinely enjoy to stay motivated. ↳ If you're unsure what those are, experiment with different activities until you find something that brings you happiness. 3. Plan for regular personal time: ↳ Think about how you can consistently create time for yourself in the future. ↳ This could involve scheduling regular breaks from work, taking short trips, or engaging in work that brings you joy. 4.
