6moFor those that are skeptical, I have used some of Kris's other ideas and they have worked. Here is one example Commit to action, however small. Here is how this has worked just this week One of my team he has hit a slump. He could not get motivated and when we looked at why I thought his goals were not smart so we sat down and finally he "Came Up" with the idea that if he had one or two daily goals he could celebrate every day then he would come out of his slump. So he then decided he needed to not look at getting 8 clients a month but just call 10 of his leads that engage in our newsletter a day. His list is over 300 from the June newsletter. Still, he was fearful after all no one likes calling event these warmed leads. so i have been Showed him on Monday 10 called 2 appointments made and 1 new client. Yesterday he showed me. 12 called 4 appointments no sales. Yesterday he reported 15 called only 1 appointment but 1 new client.
