Clarity instead of chaos 🌪️ comes after you change one thing - You COMMIT to making 1️⃣ change in your life. When you succeed at changing that 1️⃣ thing, you follow that with your COMMITMENT to making 1️⃣ more change. Then another. And another. Every big step is the result of smaller steps. There is no 🪄magic to this, it’s YOUR simple commitment. 💡TIPS:💡 ☀️ If you’re a morning person, start with a change to your morning by starting with one helpful habit or activity you will commit to EVERY morning. 🌓 If you’re an evening or night person, start with a change to your evening by starting with one helpful habit EVERY evening. Can’t decide? 🤔 Here are a few suggestions: 👗 Set out your next day’s clothes, full outfit and shoes, every evening immediately after dinner. 💧 Drink an 8 ounce glass of water every morning before you have anything else 👣 Walk 100 steps (inside or outside) before you have your first meal every day 🪞 Before you go to bed every night look in the mirror and smile a great big smile at yourself. Add a self-hug. Yes these are small things. They are meant to get you into a habit And break your feelings of chaos a couple of times a day. Gradually add more steps, more often, and you feel less chaos and more control, more clarity, what you want, back in your life. It all starts with 1️⃣ step.
