As usual, outstanding work by Angela Splinter and her team at Trucking HR Canada. Agree with her comments on why increasing costs not drivers are the industry’s biggest concern. “We have seen a bit of a slowdown, so the hiring of drivers hasn't been that front-and-centre concern that we've seen over the last many years.” I also think that the survey is a reflection of the reality that a growing segment of our industry doesn’t appear to have a chronic driver shortage. #Trucking #supplychain #leftlane #riteroute
