Frustrated by the lack of progress in your meetings? Try this: use a simple process for solving problems and making better decisions. EOS Worldwide has such a process: I - identify (before you start a discussion, first identify what the issue really is. What's the root problem? Get clear on what the true challenge is, then move to a healthy discussion!) D - discuss (healthy discussion is open and honest, clear and concise, respectful and patient. When you begin repeating yourself, move to solve!) S - solve (solve the problem or issue at the root level, so that it goes away forever and it's for the greater good of the organization!) Hello LinkedIn friends! Are you interested in breaking the rules of traditional methodologies to adjust to your business needs. The notion of "One Size (Method) Fits All" is a myth. Bruce Lee emphasized that adhering to a single rigid style can be limiting. “The moment a technique is solidified as a routine, it becomes an organization of paralysis.” Please stay up-to-date with us, follow our Page.
