The Everlasting Content Battle: Quality vs. Quantity 😖 [Think Pareto + answer 2 questions]. 👉 20% of your content produces 80% of your results — Pareto’s 80/20 rule has certainly been my experience over the years. So let’s ask (and answer) two questions: 👉#1. Is it about value over volume (quality over quantity)? Yes and no. 👉#2. Is there anything wrong with writing fewer articles? No — often less is more. More doesn’t necessarily mean better. We all know the online pandemic of redundant/poor content. If you want your readers to be hungry for your creations — instead of overeating them — create unique content that matters. Make it so compelling, unique and/or well-researched that your readers cannot wait to be notified of your new post. Still, if you’re serious about your content strategy/journey, you may need to produce a big number of words, especially before you know what works and focus on that. Thoughts? My content is ranking on the first page without a single backlink. How did I do it? 1. I focused on quality of my content. 2. Trying to put my message across in an elegant and helpful manner 3. Did not care about the keywords. They naturally found their place while I was writing. It is that simple. SS is in the comments section

The Heart of Your Website: Why Content Matters I still remember my first experience with a website that truly spoke to me. The words on the page felt like they were written just for me, and I knew I'd found what I was looking for. As a content writer, I've learned that's what it's all about - creating a connection with the person on the other side of the screen. Your website is often the first impression people have of your brand, and I believe it should be a warm and welcoming one. When I write for websites, I'm thinking about the person who's reading, not just the search engine. I want to help you create a space that feels like home, where people can find what they need and feel seen and heard. #contentwriting #webcontent #humanizedmarketing #connectionmatters"

Don't just write. Review your content. Package it up. And reformulate it into long-form, signature content. If you thoughtfully share content on social media, you'll be shocked at your content library. It's the first thing I tell anyone thinking about writing a book, creating a course, or producing an article series for their blog. Self-curation is wholly underappreciated in todays "always creating content" world. #motivation #inspiration #content

Here's something you can teach your writers this week that'll help improve the readability and helpfulness of your content. “Our readers do not need your creativity. Instead, they need you to provide the most useful and relevant information in the most easy-to-understand format." Most business writers want to sound clever in their content. Want to show off their wit and style. Your readers would prefer helpful information written in an easy-to-read and easy-to-understand style every day. Try this and see. ---- Love stuff like this? Here are a few simple tips: - Keep It Short & Sweet: Short paragraphs and sentences work best. - Use Subheadings: Guide readers with clear subheadings so they can find what they need fast. - Bullet Points Are Your Friend: Lists are easy to scan and make complex info digestible. - Add Visuals: Break up text with images, videos, or infographics to keep readers engaged. - Use Keywords Naturally: Help readers (and search engines) by integrating relevant keywords seamlessly. - Add Clear Calls to Action (CTAs): Encourage readers to take the next step with a clear CTA—whether it's to read more, share, or buy. "I'll just quickly write this blog post." Stop right there. Rushing your content creation is a recipe for disaster. In my years running a content writing company and being a freelancer myself, I've seen how hasty writing leads to: • Weak introductions that fail to hook readers • Poorly structured arguments • Lack of supporting evidence • Missed opportunities for SEO and featured snippets • Typos and grammatical errors Quality content takes time. So, always ensure you: ✔︎ Plan ✔︎ Research ✔︎ Write ✔︎ Edit ✔︎ Optimize Your readers will thank you. And so will your search rankings. How long does it typically take you to craft a blog post? #ContentCreation #BloggingBestPractices
