Kim from Typeform understands 'what got us here won't get us there' ( how they are scaling beyond $100m arr)
From executing the 5 step GTM, the numbers are evidence.
- 75% increase in opportunities generated

Kim Lecha, the CEO of Typeform took to stage couple of months ago to share their journey to 125k customers globally.
And the next phase of growth using One Funnel GTM framework.
As a simple forms software, Typeform was founded in 2012.
From launch, it scaled to over 45k customers as of 2019 with one core differentiation.

But to scale to 125k customers and over $100m arr, Kim and team had to change tactic.
One North Star that paid off: ' Total Number of Customers'
On how they arrived at this, Kim shared that they the metric had to meet the following:
- simple enough to understand
- Scalable across departments
- Provide faster ROI (6 - 12 months)
- Quick feedback loops
As of 2023 and beyond, they have shifted to a different North Star:
' Total Number of Submissions'
This was driven by the conclusion to think about customers that derive the most value from Typeform.
In other words, the customers that use Typefprm the most and often is an indication they get the most value from it.
This phase involves a One Funnel GTM approach.
