Every decision will be shaped around what customers genuinely want and go-to-market (GTM) teams will be fully aligned and optimised to put the customers’ needs at the front of the journey. Success will depend on moving beyond the division between sales, marketing, and product and will hinge on unified GTM teams with shared accountability across every stage, from lead generation to customer success. Product-led growth will also evolve. Having a great product is just the starting point. In 2025, it’s about delivering results upfront, and ensuring the product seamlessly fits into customers’ workflows. And at the heart of it all? Authenticity.
