This is how I got scholarships from Erasmus mundus to study my master in multiple countries. ** Since Erasmus Mundus 2025 Applications are open, I am sharing again this journey. To make things easy, I’ve develop guide. Download to produce similiar results - https://lnkd.in/ePy4e25g I often get asked how did I make such achievements as a 4th year college student from Armenia. Working hard while never a bad thing, is not really a magic that leads to success. Here's the general roadmap -> 0. Understand your research interest Identify your research focus and subjects you are intersted in. Look for the programs that offer the courses and specialization you are interested in through this link: https://lnkd.in/eVxGqd8R Note: don't browse catalogue specificaly for your course, some programs might have your background embedded. Ensure to read the program structure carefully. Note: list of programs for biology / healthcare people -> https://lnkd.in/eCM6mBsk 1. Research target program Check requirements and eligibility. Review recent publications, achievements, trends and current projects to ensure alignment with your academic and research interests. 2. Prepare all documents Carefully gather and prepare all the required documents for your application. Typical documents may include academic transcripts, letters of recommendation, CV, a motivation letter. 3. Write motivation letter This, in my opinion, is the most crucial step. I've made motivation letter template (the template made by reveiwing other successfull motivation letters) with several personalized tips and example, which you can find in the complete guide: https://lnkd.in/eaasDedB The quality of your motivation letter directly results your acceptance rate, so make sure you’re not copying a template from Google or ChatGPT, but actually using something that works. 4. Letters of Recommendations Secure strong letters from people who can attest your academic abilities and potential. Provide them points you want to be covered and ensure the letters alignt with your work and the narrative presented in your motivation letter. 5. Apply for multiple programs Given the competitive nature of the program, you must apply for multiple programs to increase your chances for success. Brownie points: -> There are many types of Europass CV. Make sure to use clear and structred template, which includes also links for each experience. -> Create strong online presence. If possible, create your personal website and present every project you did. There’ll always be someone with more qualifications than you, show in the best way the little you have. ** To make all of this easy for you, i've made a guide with instructions and templates that has gotten me to multiple erasmus mundus programs: https://lnkd.in/eaasDedB -- #master #erasmus #erasmusmundus #scholarship #education #college #guide

Update for ENGAGE.EU Members! Exciting news for the ENGAGE.EU! The Erasmus Without Paper+ consortium has just published two new mandatory business requirements and semantic interoperability specifiation for "nominations" and "transcripts of records". These specifications are a crucial step forward in streamlining the exchange of academic data across institutions, making it easier for students to move between universities and have their qualifications recognized. Here's what this means for ENGAGE.EU: - Enhanced Transcript Interoperability: The new specifications will ensure that transcripts issued by member universities contain consistent and machine-readable data. This will allow for smoother student mobility and faster recognition of qualifications. - Streamlined Processes: The standardized data format will reduce administrative burdens for both universities and students. - Improved Transparency: Students will have greater clarity and control over their academic data. There are no surprises here, for the latest International #Employability Insight (IEI) to enable #highered institutions to action the recommendations below, subscribe to our newsletter. Link to subscribe: https://lnkd.in/e5c_CSE4 “In IDP Education Ltd’s Emerging Futures, #research revealed that the most important factor for international students when choosing a #study destination is that it provides 'high quality' #education. How do students define 'high quality'? According to our #research, students define quality education not by #rankings or reputation of the institution, but by graduate #employment #outcomes. Strong #graduateoutcomes, i.e. the availability of #internship & employment pathways for #internationalstudents, are key in how students view a quality #education. Without [international] graduate employment [data] & schemes in place, #highereducation institutions HEIs risk appearing lower in quality to prospective students, especially at UG level. HEIs need to create strong messaging about graduate employment outcomes, highlighting opportunities that are available for international students specifically… When students see that institutions have strong relationships with industry employers & provide good employment pathways, they see this as an indication that the high-quality education they have just acquired will be used & the #skills they can bring to the country’s economy will be valued. Without favorable graduate employment opportunities in place, a destination is at risk of losing students. Institutions must therefore make the following information abundantly clear to prospective students: * What #internship & #employment opportunities are available [whilst students are studying, to help with loans & living expenses] * The links they have to industry & local employers [we would add employers in major international source markets - #china #india #nigeria & #asean] * How they will help students enter the job market [country specific #graduateoutcomes & destinations data] * What #careerservices are available specifically for international students [especially those returning to their home countries] * How they can assist students in navigating the #poststudywork environment in relation to #visas & policy. Institutions must be aware of what services international students need in place so they can be confident in their #graduateoutcome.” Asia Careers Group SDN BHD - Investing in International Futures AUIDF British Council BUILA Education New Zealand | Manapou ki te Ao International Education Association of Australia (IEAA) Innovative Research Universities (IRU) University Innovation Alliance (UIA) Independent Tertiary Education Council Australia National Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (NAGCAS) Regional Universities Network The Group of Eight UCAS UKCISA Universities Australia Universities Canada Universities UK Universities UK International

Week one of our four-part "Bridging Gaps for International Students through Service Design" series covering: 1) Academic Life 2) Student Life 3) Financial / Funding 4) Wider Community Support Navigating the challenges of studying abroad encompasses more than just academic pursuits; it involves acclimatising to a new culture, finding suitable accommodation, and establishing a vibrant social life. In this exploration, we’ve considered the multifaceted aspects of an international student's journey, focusing on accommodation, academic challenges, student-to-staff ratios, and the crucial role social engagement plays in fostering a sense of belonging and then applied framing these in a context of “how might these situations be addressed using service design?”. Week 1 theme : Academic Academic Journey and Learning Support: The distinct nature of the UK education system can be challenging for international students, emphasising conceptual understanding over rote learning. To facilitate a smoother transition, universities can implement introductory lectures and activities that explain academic expectations, enhancing the learning experience. Furthermore, establishing clear points of contact, especially during study weeks and examination periods, can ensure timely resolution of doubts, promoting greater satisfaction among students. Student-to-Staff Ratio and Personalised Attention: High student-to-staff ratios, particularly in popular courses like business, computer science, and artificial intelligence, can impede personalised attention. Addressing this challenge by optimising staff allocation could significantly enhance the quality of education and provide students with a more engaging and supportive learning environment. Adaptive Curriculum Design: Implement design thinking principles to create flexible curricula that accommodate diverse learning styles. Encourage interdisciplinary approaches, cross-cultural collaboration, and real-world problem-solving to enrich the academic experience for all students. We recommend leveraging design thinking principles, through which universities may foster innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity, creating an environment where international students thrive academically, socially, and personally. There are also direct and indirect benefits for professional services and administrative staff contributing to these activities, influencing improved working practices and fulfilment of being able to make an impact. Embracing these recommendations will not only enhance the overall student experience but also contribute positively to the global reputation and attractiveness of UK universities. How might your organisation adopt #servicedesign and #designthinking approaches to bring benefit to international students especially, and UK student and staff communities. #education #employability #wellbeing #highereducation #highered #universities #studentsuccess #studentoutcomes #studentexperience #internationalstudents
