🖊 Strategy:
• Collaborates with the C-suite, leadership, and others in corporate strategy to achieve aggressive growth in Branding, Marketing, and Business Development.
• Identifies areas of concern across businesses and strategically recommends timely course correction to improve business sustainability and profitability in the long run.
• Plays a significant role in the company’s long-term planning, focusing on company-wide strategic objectives.
🖊 Business Development:
🔹 Planning:
• Conducting market research to identify opportunities, developing market entry strategies, and establishing a presence in new markets.
• Identify potential prospects by analyzing markets/domains and track potential prospective client.
• Research on global tech market dynamics, competition, and clients.
🔹 Outreach:
• Reach out via multiple channels (Cold calling, LinkedIn, Email, CRM tools)
• Set up meetings with client decision maker and plan approaches & pitches.
🔹 Client Relationship:
• Establish strong relationships with clients, by understanding their needs, preferences, and concerns.
• Support the sales process by identifying potential clients, managing leads, and providing insights and data to the sales team.
🔹 Execution:
• Finalizing the sales deals and recording the outcome.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting regular check-ins with team members, and adapting strategies based on feedback and results.
• Works effectively with senior cross-functional teams
