You really need more than one tool for eLearning Design. Along with an authoring tool you need screen capture, image editing, video tools, and more. The authoring tool is really the design platform but to make learning engaging, you need the right images and/or video to bring the subject to life. If your budget is an issue, there are free ancillary tools available. I have found that free tools don’t have all the features you need that also save time.
