It’s time to reconnect with yourself and reclaim your personal power!

About us

I help people reconnect with themselves and reclaim their ever-present personal power to create happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives! I am currently offering two programs: 1. Becoming Magnetic (Life Coaching) 2. Holistic Healing (Health Coaching) Each of my programs follows my “Magnetic Method” strategy, the overarching step-by-step journey to achieving your goals. I specifically adapt the content within this strategy to you and your needs, while utilizing a variety of scientifically-backed (and spiritually-infused) tools, resources, and practices designed to help you succeed. My work is based on my 3 main pillars: 1. Prioritizing Well-being 2. Increasing Personal Power 3. Taking Aligned Action Together, we will uncover the challenges you’re experiencing, discover what your vision is, uncover what is preventing you from achieving what you want, and finally determine what you need to do to move forward. I'll help you discover small changes you can make to create amazing transformations in your life. I am here to act as your partner in building a life filled with self-empowerment. So, are you ready to get unstuck and transform your life?

  • Just a multi-passionate girly enjoying the journey! For the past few years, it seems like I’ve found many passions & hobbies that fuel my soul in such unique ways, & I love exploring that deeper! It’s been awhile since I’ve done a life update, so I wanted to re-introduce myself & share a few pieces of me & how I spend my time. 1️⃣ Hi, I’m Madi! I’m a virgo, INFJ, nature lover, & wellness-obsessed gal who loves inspiring & motivating others to live their best lives. 2️⃣ In 2023, I became a certified yoga teacher, & have taught 100+ yoga classes since with awesome companies in Delaware like Petite Yogi, Fly Yogi, The Y (YMCA), and others. 3️⃣ I’ve been a certified health & life coach since 2022, helping others achieve their goals & chase their dreams! Message me if you’re interested in a free discovery call. 4️⃣ From 2021-2023, I lived nomadically traveling & working remotely in over 12 countries, staying in each for 1-3 months at a time. 5️⃣ A couple years ago, I began learning how to surf & it’s now my fav sport ever! It is both extremely challenging and therapeutic at the same time. 6️⃣ I’ve been meditating for years with Headspace & Joe Dispenza's guided meditations, but last December I took part in a 10-day silent meditation retreat where I meditated over 100 hours. 7️⃣ I used to really not enjoy running, but it has recently become a powerful tool for my mental well-being, & I’ve made so many amazing friends s/o to Trolley Run Club & Own Pace Run Club. 8️⃣ Writing is the main way I am able to express myself creatively, & I do it almost every day. This year, I even started a blog which you can check out on my website: www.madimucha.com. 9️⃣ I spent 3 months in Gran Canaria, Spain last year where it soon became my home away from home. In 2025, I’ll be living there again! 🔟 I spend a lot of time being active outdoors or just vibing in nature. It’s the place I feel most energized & connected to something greater. #lifecoach #wellnesscoach #mystory #followyourdreams #yogateacher

  • Are you currently experiencing a life transition or period of uncertainty? If so, this blog post may resonate with you. "There’s a space between where you are right now and knowing what comes next. This space is called the in-between. It’s like looking ahead at the next chapter’s title while still having a few more pages to read in the current one or reading the description of the next episode in a TV series before finishing the current one. You have a general idea of what’s coming, but you don’t know exactly what to expect. Being in an in-between stage of life can feel unsettling, especially when you see the next thing on the horizon. You may have days, weeks, months, or even years to get ready for it. The longer the in-between period, the more unsettling it can become..." • Last year, I attended a 10-day silent meditation retreat. 🧘🏼♀️ After nearly 100 hours of meditating, I walked away with 5 nuggets of wisdom that have changed the way I think and show up ever since. 🙌🏼 ❶ Stop making assumptions; ask questions instead. Often, we assume how others may be feeling about us or certain situations. In reality, we are usually incorrect in our assumptions and merely projecting what we might be feeling about ourselves. ❷ Treat others how you would like to be treated. Okay, so most of you probably know the saying, but if you think really hard about it, do you actually uphold it in all areas of your life? If not, become aware of this and take action to correct it. ❸ Challenge yourself to find peace in all situations. This one is hard. Believe me, I know. That’s why I say “challenge.” In very difficult experiences, this can look like lessons learned, newfound empathy for others who have gone through similar things, and so on. Choosing to find peace is a game changer. ❹ You cannot control everything that happens to you, but you can control how you perceive it. There is so much that is outside of our control, so instead of giving all our attention to the outside, direct your attention inward. You can decide to perceive a situation as a learning experience or a step closer to success rather than a rejection or failure. ❺ Everything is always changing. Learning to be detached from too many outcomes or expectations will truly set you free. No matter what you do in life, change is a constant. Once you let go and embrace change rather than resist it, you’ll find much more ease and balance in your life. If one of these stood out to you or you have any to add to the list, let me know in the comments below!👇🏼 #realizations #healthymindset #lifecoaching #yogainspiration #wellnessliving #tipsforlife

  • 🌞 Friendly Reminder 🌞 Enjoy where you are right now. So often in life, we don’t allow ourselves to embrace the moment we’re in. You may tend to look ahead at what’s to come far too much. You may not allow yourself to really enjoy periods of rest, stillness, or waiting. Or, you may have thoughts of always needing to be busy, productive, or achieving something to feel worthy of love or success. This type of thinking pulls you away from the present moment and your ability to truly enjoy it. One of the best gifts you can give to yourself and to others is your presence - bringing as much of your attention to the now as you can. Be in it. Feel it. Learn from it. Grow through it. 🌱 There is so much power in appreciating where you are right now and enjoying it for all that it is. Because before you know it, it will be but another memory. 🤍 #friendlyreminder #dailyreminder #presence #mindfulness #lifecoaching

  • Have you ever heard the phrase, “throwing spaghetti at the wall?” 🍝 For those unfamiliar, it means trying many different tactics to achieve your goal and seeing what sticks (akin to which strand of spaghetti sticks to the wall). That’s what I’ve been doing for about a year and a half now. Check out my latest blog post to read more about my journey over the past few years of making many shifts in my life and starting from scratch. #wellnesscoach #yogateacher #startingfromscratch #startsomethingnew #transformationjourney #lifecoach #entrepreneurship

  • “Do things from love, not for love.” 🤍 When I saw this quote from @sunbeam.child on Instagram back in 2022, it deeply resonated with me, so much so that just a few months later I got it tattooed on myself. 🖋️ Love is something nearly every human being desires in some way, shape, or form. But as you seek out the love you desire in life… Are you acting from a place of love or because you are looking for love? There is a significant difference between doing things from a place of: • pure, genuine love and • wanting to receive love. It’s all about the intention behind your actions. And trust me, you can feel the difference. When you act from a place of love, you’re not looking for anything in return. You have almost no expectation of what you will receive back. When you act from a place of wanting to receive love, you’re looking for something in return. Therefore, you have expectations, and if they’re not met, you will likely feel frustrated, hurt, or confused. Despite what you may believe, there is an abundant supply of love within you. The more you give, the more it comes back to you. But not in the same way you’d expect. 😉 Don’t get me wrong, there are moments or situations where it is not safe or warranted to give love so freely. That’s something you have to navigate on your own, guided by your intuition. But I can guarantee that there are likely multiple areas in your life where you can benefit from practicing ~ doing things from love, not for love ~ more often. To read more about my take on this quote, check out my latest blog post ✍️ : “The Power of Intention: Acting from Love, Not for Love." And, to all my friends who love yoga 🤸🏼, keep an eye out for an announcement coming soon about outdoor classes in the Wilmington area! DM if you want details sooner. 👀 #fromlove #thepowerofintention #yogadelaware #blogpost #wellnesscoaching #selflove #leadwithlove
