You're facing objections from hesitant clients about a new product. How can you overcome their resistance?
- Re-do the need analysis - double check all bases have been covered of what they require, the problems it is solving etc. What in particular are the hesitant about? - Reiterate the return in value the product would give them that is relevant to their needs - I.e. cost saving, time savings, efficiencies internally/externally, security, workflow, etc. - Question what are the risks by NOT taking on/using the product - Talk them through an exact same scenario of a like mind company that is an existing customer to them that was equally hesitating, but once they started using the product/service what benefits and value they received. - Offer for them to speak to an existing customer of yours.
