Your brand narrative is scattered across various channels. How do you unify your message for maximum impact?
In addition to the excellent advice already given: it also helps to distill the brand essence into something short, sharp, pithy and memorable - then continuously communicate it to everyone inside your organisation, and encourage them to share externally as much as possible. Alongside your formal organisational comms, you then have a whole host of brand ambassadors amplifying the message via social media, customer interactions etc.

You're targeting a technical B2B audience in IT. How do you craft content that captures their attention?
If we’re communicating something technical to a technically literature audience, we start (and finish!) with the technical experts in our own business. Their insight is invaluable, alongside our internal and external PR teams, in the framing, drafting, refining and approval of our comms.

You're navigating a competitive B2B market. How do you uncover and cater to shifting buyer preferences?
In a B2B environment, insight and understanding come primarily from those who spend the most time with your existing customers - business development managers, account teams, and frontline sales and customer support. Whilst we all know that the plural of anecdote is not data, encouraging and monitoring anecdotal feedback can give an early indication of customer needs and pain points - and these insights can then be tested and benchmarked through wider research. As always, aggressive collaboration is key, in this instance within your own organisation.
