Best platform: YouTube and YouTube Shorts. The Formula for Viral Videos: Long-form: - Hook/Question - Story - Statement/Framework - Explanation - (Repeat) Short-form: - Hook/Question - Hammer - a bold statement - Example - Explanation Add your perspective onto already successful content for the highest virality chance. 3) Funnel: Use call-to-actions (CTAs) to guide your audience through your content funnel. Move your audience from being unaware of the problem to solving it. - Problem unaware: Create a video about the list of problems - Problem aware: Create a video deep diving into the specific problem - Solution aware: Provide them with lead magnets that solve the problem Use CTAs to move them from each stage to the other. 4) Repurpose: Turn one piece of content into many. Take the best-performing posts from X or LinkedIn and turn them into different forms of content on different platforms. X > YouTube Videos > TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc… Using this model, helped me and my clients- Significantly increase our content's reach and visibility while saving time and effort. OpenAI made ChatGPT search public last Thursday. I've got a few views on what this release means. Despite the clamour and inevitable 'Google is dead' posts, I don't think ChatGPT search poses either a short or long term threat to Google in search. In the short term Google has a vast advantage in scale and profitability over any would-be rival. Alphabet will make $75bn+ profit this year, OpenAI a $5bn loss. ChatGPT is a fast growing tool, no doubt, but the chatbot market is nowhere near the size of search or social media. It's not even close. Google's search market share is currently 90%, and while this might be squeezed over the next year, it will take a huge shift in user behaviour for it to be fundamentally threatened. Think about all the baked in behaviour and distribution that Google has. The default browsing app for many is Google on smartphones. Chrome has over 60% market share. Add to that ChatGPT search isn't even free. In the long run we're facing a completely different dimension from autonomous agents. Claude released a desktop version that can be prompted to perform PC tasks a couple of weeks back. This is very early, but it represents a fundamental shift on how we may use AI to perform tasks - to the end that we may not need as much from search engines at all - whether or not they are powered by AI. Eric Schmidt has said this shift will be "much bigger than the horrific impact we’ve had by social media." We should all look forward to that then. Mustafa Suleyman, meanwhile, seems convinced that this shift will happen in the next few years. Search for 'the modern turing test'. Ben Brooks, writing in MIT Technology Review has well laid out the challenges that AI search represents - it is a fundamental threat to a destination site web as we know it, particularly if Google moves that way. The problem is that AI search summarises content, and gives little incentives to click through to a destination site. It's AI overviews on steroids. AI overviews - the very thing that many SEOs dislike. Or do they just dislike Google? There's frantic posting about how to optimise for ChatGPT search, but what is there to optimise for with a dearth of clickthrough? Google probably won't move that way in the short term - it is too threatened by regulation, and lawsuits will likely be heading OpenAI's way (as they did for Perplexity). I am not saying that search doesn't have the potential to change - it does. But AI based search is probably going to be an evolutionary step compared to when autonomous agents arrive, which they will. The conversation in SEO could become less about OpenAI vs Google, and more about the more fundamental shifts in information retrieval when you don't need to operate a computer as much - likely in 2-3 years time. Your Link Building Cheat Sheet Build world class links cheaper than your existing provider There are 4 things to work on, copy this guide and build better links cheaper Or at the very least, improve the quality of links you are buying 1. Prospecting - No recent traffic drops - This indicates an algorithmic penalty - Non honey dick sites - They should be real sites and not only exist to sell links - Not orphan pages - Should be able too be accessed through clicking on links on the site - No naughty links - They shouldn’t link to gambling, finance, adult, drugs etc - Geo relevant traffic - The aim country of traffic should be the target location of the site - No magazine/ general sites - We want the site to be about the subject matter, not just the page - Metrics - Largely irrelevant, but DR 30-70 + Traffic 500+ - 1 outbound link - The fewer the better 2. Outreach - Linkable asset - You must have something worthy of linking to, what is the reason they will link to you, money is the most common these days - Create a target list - You need a list of sites, use the prospecting outline above to filter relevant sites and only approach them - Outreach - Send an email, concise, genuine, say what you want (always negotiate price) - Follow up - Over 60% of our links come from the follow up, be genuine and don’t make it look like an auto response - Calibration - Fix issues based on data, ask “does this work?” If Yes, keep doing it, if No then change something. Do this for each section, subject line, body of email, offer, negotiation style etc 3. The perfect link - The linking page should be primed for the keyword you are targeting - You should use the exact anchor you want to rank for - The link should be rendered in the first 50-100kb of the page loading - Be the only link on the page - The page itself should have a good link profile I have tested this for 10 years The result is always the same These links do not exist in the wild So you have to create them Get as close to this as possible 4. How to get the perfect link - You need to get complete control of the page, content, link, anchor etc - PBNs give you this but are hard to find - You can pay extra to the sites you are outreaching to allow this level of control - You can rent or buy a page that already ranks for your keyword and control the page Be aware of diminishing returns with this Most of you don’t require this level of links, so stick to stages 1 + 2 Implement this and immediately be in better than 99% of other link builders.

Are you using Klaviyo to send promotional emails and flows? And is your setup only client-side? 😱 Then you are leaving money on the table... This screenshot says more than a thousand words. 19.92% increase in Product Views (compared to yesterday) 11.42% increase in Add to carts (compared yo yesterday) If you are able to improve the ability to identify the users visiting your site beyond the standard client-side cookie setup, by pushing events server-side and other techniques, this means the following: 1. Klaviyo will be able to attribute events such as "Added to cart" to more users than before ✅ 2. Klaviyo will be able to send more users into a flow (such as an abandoned cart flow) because more users are triggering the event ✅ 3. More events = more emails = more revenue from your flows ✅ It has never been more transparent to see the revenue boost that can come from a more advanced server-side setup. You can run the server-side events together with client-side events and see the difference between event counts. You can also create dedicated flows to only be triggered for those who, for example, triggered an add to cart on the server-side but did not on the client-side. This means that everyone who triggers this flow, and the attributed revenue from it, would only be possible due to an effective tracking setup. Are you interested in hearing more about this? 5 CRO mistakes brands need to stop making: (Unless you're OK with mediocre conversion rates) 1️⃣ Treating CRO as a side project Most brands run sporadic tests with no overarching strategy. By not prioritizing CRO, you're missing out on massive growth. my Hypothesis: Implementing a structured testing program will increase conversions by identifying and solving customer pain points. 2️⃣ Focusing on conversion rate over revenue Conversion rate is a vanity metric in isolation. It doesn't matter if more people convert if they're spending less. Instead also focus on metrics that impact your bottom line: revenue, contribution margin, return rates, and so on. 3️⃣ Not segmenting results to learn more After a test ran, you should segment the results to figure out what was learned and where it worked. New vs. returning customers have different needs & behavior. By putting them together, you water down your results and come up with new insights & ideas for follow-up tests 4️⃣ Ignoring qualitative data Numbers alone don't tell the full story. Pair quantitative data with customer feedback & user recordings. Get the why behind the what. 5️⃣ Not having a post-test plan The test isn't over when you have a "winner". This is just ONE of 75 tests we've run that have collectively generated over €10,227,272.14 in additional revenue for our clients. And I'm allowing you to steal this idea... This specific single A/B test increased ARPU by 17.6%. Here it is: 1. We added a "Complete the Look" section on the product page 2. Highlighted it in the image slider 3. Removed cross-sells from the cart drawer. Here's why it worked: 1. Users see the whole outfit, not just individual items 2. Curated choices make decisions easier 3. Removing cart drawer cross-sells focused users on checkout 4. Users felt a sense of achievement curating their style As I said, this is just one of the 75 tests...
