Each Channel that is broadcasting Brand communication has a different way of performing and hence need channel specific strategy. when we have people handling different channels not aligned through proper guidelines and what we as a brand stands for these differences in narrative are obvious. Hence having regular meetings to review what's happening, propose how everything needs to be aligned into one Big picture like one big jigsaw Puzzle coming together while keeping the sanity of the platform is very important. Lay ground rules and play by them seeking numbers to back up if everything is in track with each channel
