How do you solve a problem like PR measurement? I was lucky enough to attend PRWeek's conference earlier on behalf of PR First London this week all about this contentious issue and it was so reassuring to find out impactful yet achievable applications. Here are five key takeaways I learned...  1. Reputation is more than just media coverage: It’s built on customer experiences, company culture, and ethical conduct. What people feel about you is just as important as what they see in the media. 2. Make sure reporting is in line with business goals: aligning PR efforts with your company’s bigger vision, whether that's consumer love or securing more tenders, is essential to create true impact. 3. Engagement across pillars: Products, services, sustainability, conduct... know which pillars your audience cares about most, and focus your analytic efforts there for deeper impact. 4. The power of consistent metrics: A solid reputation analysis framework pays dividends for sharper insights and helps PR and stakeholders make smarter, more informed decisions for future comms. 5. Impactful analytics don't have to cost the earth: if budgets are tight in this department, you can find creative ways to show your value whether that's a Trustpilot score or feedback from a stakeholder that truly matters to your client or business The conference was a must-attend for comms professionals looking toward to future of impactful PR metrics, thank you PR Week and to all the incredible speakers. #PR #ReputationManagement #PRmeasreument #ForwardThinking #conference
