We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates from the 2024 Henley Royal Regatta Annual General Meeting! 🎉 🚣♀️ In 2025, we will launch a new Women’s event: The Bridge Challenge Plate. This is the first Women’s event in the Intermediate category, offering a vital pathway for crews between Club/Student and Premier levels. Named to honour Henley’s iconic bridge and its historic keystone sculptures, this event reflects our commitment to advancing gender parity and creating new opportunities for female athletes. 🤝 We’re delighted to welcome Gerritjan Eggenkamp, Dr. Cameron Nichol, Grace Prendergast, Elise Sherwell OLY and William Stonor (Lord Camoys). as newly elected Stewards. Their unique expertise and dedication to our sport will play a pivotal role in shaping the Regatta’s future and we look forward to seeing what each one of them will bring.
