Olivia Rodrigo is opening up about how she celebrated turning 21.

The “Vampire” singer, 21, revealed on the opening night of her Guts World Tour in Palm Springs that following her birthday, she opted to buy some items from a gas station just because she was now able to.

“I went to the gas station the other day and bought a pack of cigarettes and a six pack of beer,” the singer said during the show, adding that she hadn't bought the items to smoke or drink.

“I promise I didn’t consume it, but I just bought it because I f------ could," she explained.

The comments were caught, in part, in video of the night posted on TikTok, which showed Rodrigo go on to talk about how it feels to get older.

"Anyway, all this to say that I think growing up isn’t so scary after all and life just kind of gets better at the end,” she continued before launching into her song “Teenage Dream.”

On Monday, Rodrigo shared a post to her Instagram showing herself celebrating the milestone birthday with her friends, including Tate McRae, Iris Apatow, Conan Gray and The Kid LAROI.

In the carousel of photos she posted, the singer posed with friends, showing off her funfetti cake, and blowing out candles on it and other cakes with candles placed on top. The star's rumored boyfriend Louis Partridge wasn't pictured at the party, however.

For the special occasion, Rodrigo wore a plunging backless black dress that featured cut-out sides and a halterneck top. She completed the look by clipping her hair in a chic updo and wearing some red lipstick and hoop earrings.

"Today is my last day of being able to underage drink (hypothetically) !!!!" the "Deja Vu" hitmaker captioned the post.

The following day she celebrated with an even bigger four-layered cake with a heart that featured the words, "spill ur guts," which is a nod to her Guts album released in September of last year. She shared some celebratory snaps in an Instagram post

Rodrigo sat among balloons eating cake in another photo in the post, while a video captured the moment she jumped up and down when presented with her special cake. The musician also posted a throwback snap of herself as a child wearing a handmade birthday hat.

"21!!! so grateful for all of the incredible things I’ve been able to experience so far and so excited for all the good times ahead💓💓💓 thx 4 all the love💋," Rodrigo wrote in the caption.
