Last Friday, the vibes were extra hot in Brno! 🔥 Over 600 of our Parkmakers from across Europe came together to put a celebratory cap on 2024 at this year's CTGala. This event has become a tradition, but every year brings its own unique twist.🌶️💥 In addition to the essential staples of the event— the Newcomers Tour (also increasingly known as the "Newbies Tour"), the highly esteemed CTAwards, anniversary celebrations, and the country presentations (which are far from "traditional" presentations to say the least)—this year was graced with a jazzy edge with one of a kind bar opening and performances from a line-up of artists that ought to be in your 2025 Spotify Wrap Up: • Erica Falls, a Queen of R&B and Soul from New Orleans • Candy Dulfer, a Dutch jazz and pop saxophonist • Top Dream Company, a Czech funk band The "Newbies" Tour kicked off with tour five buses, led by Remon Vos, Richard Wilkinson, Jakub Kodr MRICS, Peter Ceresnik and Bert Hesselink. 🚌 They traversed our very dynamic portfolio in Brno which spans from residential to food and beverage space and from co-working to high-tech manufacturing. Along the way, there were also mulled wine and snack stops. The next stop was part of the evening programme in Brno's newest bar, Jazzmin, which we tried, tested, and approved ✅. Jazzmin, located on the ground floor of the Marriot Courtyard, brings together a New Orleans-vibrancy that meets a New York-chic kind of atmosphere. 🍸 🏙️ Its walls are adorned with funky art and its cocktails do not disappoint. It's a promising hot spot for locals and internationals to mingle and contribute to Brno's special dynamic social fabric. The evening also took our Parkmakers to Marriot's atrium, which lies adjacent to Jazzmin. It was transformed into an epic stage and dance floor, with a Christmas market hosting booths from all ten our countries upstairs. 🏪 The space was truly transformed into a jazzy Christmas wonderland. 🎺❄️ As always, thanks to our parkmakers for coming together to make this magic happen, but also especially to the head honcho organiser, Katka Sedlackova! Congratulations to all those who won awards and those who reached impressive anniversary milestones with us: Anniversaries: • Zdeňka Vildomcová - 15 years • Michal Dedek - 10 years • Zbyněk Jendryka - 10 years • Iveta Kadeřávková - 10 years • Sabina Kohutová - 10 years • Josef Moudrý - 10 years CTAward Winners: • CTPark of the Year - CTPark Bucharest West • Deal of the Year - PsiBufet • Personality of the Year - Andreea E. • Project of the Year - Vitesco Technologies Hrušov • Newcomer of the Year - Katarzyna Karczewska • Community Project of the Year - Walkathon! 2024, you've been great. Now we're ready for a fantastic #fullspeed 2025! 🚀 #LoveSecondaryCities #LoveBrno #2025Ready

Celebrating 10 years of Iveta Kadeřávková at CTP 🎊 In and around CTP's network in western Bohemia, you'll find Iveta Kadeřávková going between her office and various regional authority buildings. As a Senior Permitting Specialist for CTP Czech in the region, Iveta is our vital connection point between CTP's business and the surrounding environment, supported by local authorities. Over the last 10 years, she's kindled relationships with regional stakeholders, but more importantly, she's fostered a deep understanding of the social and economic landscape of the region and how our parks fit into it. She has been involved in most of our projects, including the development of CTParks in Plzeň, Přeštice, Blatnice, Cerhovice, Bor, Aš, and Cheb. Her colleagues praise her for being highly empathetic and intelligent — but watch out, she's also a highly skilled Thai boxer! 🥊🦵 Thank you, Iveto, for being such a vital part of our network's growth and an incredible team member! Amsterdam is set to enjoy more Heineken on tap delivered more sustainably by e-trucks from our last-mile logistics hub at CTPark Amsterdam City. 🍺💨 This is Heineken’s second facility with us: just over one year ago, they set up their distribution centre in Germany with us at CTPark Wieden. We're thrilled to welcome them to their second location with us at CTPark Amsterdam City. Hester van Buren from the City of Amsterdam: 💬 "We are proud that an important partner like Heineken is taking this step. It shows how cooperation and innovation are essential for a zero-emission city centre." As Amsterdam gears up to be a leading green capital city in Europe, such as with its new 2025 #zeroemission legislation for delivery vehicles, CTPark Amsterdam City is an ideal solution to help small and large businesses thrive in the Dutch capital: 🔌 200+ charging facilities for electric trucks and other forms of emission-free traffic ⚡ Completely self-sufficient, on-site clean solar and wind energy generation ↔️ Multimodal connection: boat, EV, bike, public transit 🌱 Water recycling and abundant green space 🛒 On-site amenities for employees 🧩 Customisable spaces Heiko H. Koop, Director of CTP Netherlands: 💬 “It is fantastic to welcome an iconic company like Heineken to the hub. CTPark Amsterdam City was developed with one goal: to make optimal use of the city’s logistics space and at the same time contribute to a more sustainable future. What is happening here shows that sustainability is not only necessary, but also feasible and profitable. With the interest of other parties, we see a bright future in which this hub will be an example for other cities.” We're giving a big "proost" to this deal and helping businesses and Amsterdam's more sustainable future! 🍻 --- 🟧 Read the press release: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/eWvUGJtT 🟧 Explore CTPark Amsterdam City: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gDmwXeGc #Amsterdam #Logistics #HelloFuture #ByCTP

🚀CTP will start the new year with a bold new #brownfield project: a 700 million EUR investment in 830,000 sqm industrial site in Düsseldorf purchased from Vallourec. This is the largest single-plot acquisition CTP has made in its history. Our team will revitalise the inner-city site's potential to host new facilities to support a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, R&D, and logistics, in addition to on-site clean energy production. 📈 This site is an answer to the high demand the German market is experiencing for high-quality, sustainable and amenity-rich industrial and logistics parks amid growth in new sectors, such as semi-conductor and clean-tech, and rising demand from occupiers for more sustainable buildings to meet their own ESG targets. Since we entered the German market in 2022, we have been strengthening our abilities with brownfield developments and hiring experienced local talent, as it is central to our strategy in the German market🏆 This is CTP's second acquisition from Vallourec: in December 2023 CTP purchased a 335,000 sqm site in Mülheim an der Ruhr from the pipe manufacturer which we have actively been revitalising the last year into a variety of units, ranging from 2,000 sqm to 20,00 sqm. You may see this project's progress here: https://lnkd.in/eArrBx9Y Timo Hielscher, Managing Director M&A comments: 💬 “We would like to thank the City of Düsseldorf for the trusting collaboration and are already looking forward to advancing the development of CTPark Düsseldorf in the coming year. This is in addition to numerous other projects in our well-filled pipeline.” We're thrilled to breathe new life into the site and help boost the region's economy. Two recent deals we recently announced in Germany include one with vombaur GmbH & Co KG, a local family-owned high-tech textile business, and Quanta Computer Inc. 廣達電腦, a Taiwan-based semiconductor producer. We look forward to helping more businesses, both local and international for a more resilient future. 🙌 --- 🟧 Read the press release: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/eWWRWhNJ #HelloFuture #RegionalDevelopment #Parkmakers

  • As businesses expand, they are bound to come to a junction—should they build to own or lease their business property? ⬅️🛣️➡️ In today's market landscape, businesses are increasingly shifting away from traditional ownership models. Why? 1️⃣ It doesn't tie capital up in land. 2️⃣ Finding a good location is increasingly tough. 3️⃣ It enables a faster move-in time. 4️⃣ It allows agility to scale and move again as needed. 5️⃣ Business owners can shift the responsibility to their real estate developers and/ or managers. 6️⃣ Business owners can focus on what they do best—growing their business. With 12.6 million sqm of built-up space, 27.1 million sqm landbank, and 800+ in-house experts covering land scounting to permitting and construction to local partnerships, CTP is well equipped in providing business owners with a full-suite real estate solution. 👉 Did you know, that Ostrava will be one of Europe's six locations—alongside in France, Germany, Italy, Poland and Spain—to have a quantum computer? In 2025, LUMI-Q will be installed and available to the European research community, from the scientific community to industry and the public sector. 🦾🧠 It will support the development of a wide range of applications with industrial, scientific and societal relevance for Europe, adding new capabilities to the European supercomputing infrastructure. The consortium steering the LUMI-Q project brings together nine European countries—Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, and Sweden—making it a truly pan-European endeavour. Vojtěch Peřka, our Senior Business Developer based in Ostrava comments: 💬 "I’m a proud Ostrava native, and it’s been incredible to see the region’s rapid transformation. Known for its strong industrial legacy— which was centered around coal and steel—Ostrava has showcased its resilience and adaptability by shifting to the demands of the 21st and Europe's future. The LUMI-Q quantum computer is a peak example of this. As a CTP Business Developer in the region, I’ve had the privilege of supporting numerous Czech and international high-tech investments here, including companies like Vitesco and Fovia. And trust me, there's more coming! A European manufacturing feature we love 🪡 vombaur GmbH & Co KG is a German family business and for over 220 years they have been working with and innovating textiles in #Wuppertal. Their business started with making silk ribbons and hatbands, some of which even won prizes in Paris in 1855!👒 Over the years they have evolved their product to meet modern demands. Today, they are pinoonering textile technology (or tech tex 🦾) with an assortment of #hightech textiles, like seamless solutions among filtration, composite and other industrial textiles. CTP is proud to announce they have decided to take their next step with us! In September 2025, we will provide them with nearly 9,000 sqm of office and production space at CTPark Wuppertal to help meet their new growth goals. Patrick Kielholz, Chief Operating Officer of vombaur GmbH & Co. KG.: 💬 “Here, we will consolidate the weaving expertise of the Textation Group with 150 weaving machines. The increased visibility in this central business park will help us attract additional skilled workers. We would like to thank CTP for the excellent collaboration.” In addition to honoring vombaur's legacy, we are thrilled (and keeping ourselves very busy 🏗️) as we revitalise this site's industrial heritage... 🏭 CTPark Wuppertal is being developed on the historic grounds of the former Schaeffler production site. CTP is tactfully working with the area’s industrial history by refurbishing select older buildings while replacing others with new constructions as needed. The site has a unique sawtooth-roofed hall, which vombaur will use along with its adjoining high-bay warehouse, that dates back to 1942. Our team is actively working on upgrading this space, among many others, with customisations and top-grade modernisations for clients. Our team is very proud and excited to support local legacy projects! 🙌 Kudos to Bernd Stils for helping connect this deal. --- 🟧 Read the press release: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gRz9H6P2 🟧 Learn more about vombaur: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/g3eWNR96 🟧 See how CTP can help your business's legacy: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/enKMyUhZ Photo credits: vombaur #IndustrialLegacy #EuropeanManufacturing

  • Constructing the built environment requires more than technical expertise; it needs a deep social understanding to do it well. ✨We strive to design and facilitate our parks to bring people together for work, well-being, and making social connections. As a real estate developer and manager, community use is baked into what we do because, at the end of the day, there's no point in having a state-of-the-art space if people aren't using and enjoying it. 🤷♂️ In this revisited #UnderTheLens, we hear from Petra Pivovarová who has been working with CTP and the people in and around our parks for nearly 20 years about four key ways we foster and support community building on our parks. As she explains, it isn't just about nice events. It's central to how we create thriving parks and connect our clients and regional stakeholders. 🔝 #Community #StakeholderEngagement #Partnerships
