Construction of a warehouse for ROHLIG SUUS Logistics at our P3 Warsaw I park is complete! ✨ This strategically located facility, with an area of nearly 50,000 m² (including 300 m² of offices), meets the highest technological and environmental standards. Working with ROHLIG SUUS Logistics, we support their logistics and strengthen the supply chain for brands such as Hisense, Gorenje and ASKO. The warehouse for ORLEN will be fully tailored to their needs and equipped with modern and eco-friendly solutions, such as photovoltaic panels, energy-efficient LED lighting, and electric vehicle charging stations. The building will be certified under the BREEAM system at the Excellent level. New investment at P3 Piotrków for InPost! 🚚 P3 Logistic Parks has completed a new build-to-suit warehouse of over 38,000 m² for our long-standing partner, InPost, at P3 Piotrków (Poland). As part of this investment, we are providing not only modern warehouse space but also sustainable solutions, including water recovery systems, photovoltaic panels, electric vehicle charging stations, and energy-efficient LED lighting. The warehouse will be BREEAM certified at the Excellent level. Thanks to this collaboration, InPost will become the largest tenant in our park, occupying a total of over 111,000 m² of space. The 18,560 m² facility will be the new home for Tolsma-Grisnich B.V., a global leader in technical solutions for the storage and processing of potatoes, onions, and carrots. Exciting Leasing News: P3 Welcomes Zhejiang Seaport to JadeWeserPort         We are delighted to announce that Zhejiang Seaport Supply Chain Management GmbH is the first tenant in our new logistics center at JadeWeserPort, occupying over 31,700 square meters of state-of-the-art space since September 1, 2024.
