Led by the MSIC - Moravskoslezské inovační centrum/ Moravian-Silesian Innovation Centre Ostrava, T-Park is already a recognised centre of technological research and development. A number of innovative companies such as Porsche Engineering or Invent Medical operate here. Prof. Ing. Igor Ivan, Ph.D., Vice-Rector for Strategy and Cooperation at Centre for Energy and Environmental Technologies VŠB-TUO : 💬"It is crucial for VŠB-TUO to have facilities close by that support technology transfer and create opportunities for our talent right on the doorstep of the university. This project strengthens not only our university, but also Ostrava's position as a centre of technological progress," Adela Hradilova, Chairwoman of the MSIC Board of Directors: 💬"Our common goal with CTP is to create an environment that connects research, development and business. The T6 building will be a vibrant place where scientific and commercial innovation meet. In addition, this project brings sustainable development to the region, which not only strengthens the economic, but also the social and educational aspects," This project goes hand-in-hand with our mission to help lift local regional potential and co-create ecosystems that propel cutting-edge innovation and sustainable solutions. 🦾 Bright things are ahead for Ostrava – oficiální profil and the region! --- 🟧 Read the press release 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gAS5sK5q 🟧 Learn about our projects in Ostrava: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gc-hcmVz #InvestInOstrava #CEE #FutureOfIndustry #HighTechCampus

Last week, we had the unique opportunity to dive into the future of sustainable cities and the New European Bauhaus 🌍🏙️. The #EPIX #SmartCityFactory event under the title "New European Bauhaus challenges and opportunities in the Basque Country" was filled with inspiration, learning, and meaningful connections. 🌐 One of the highlights was the presentation of the #EPIX platform, an initiative aimed at connecting internationally with key stakeholders to advance themes of smart and sustainable cities. This platform is a window to a collaborative and possibility-filled future. 🌟 We are proud to share that reference projects and success stories were also unveiled, demonstrating the tangible and positive impact we can achieve when we work together towards a common goal. These examples serve as a beacon of what is possible. 🤝 Additionally, we conducted a co-design session for innovation projects, where companies, R&D entities, and public bodies closely collaborated. This joint effort not only generated fresh ideas but also strengthened the collaboration network among participants. 🚀 Stay tuned, as we will soon share more information on how to activate the projects conceived during the event. This initiative is not only a catalyst for innovation but also part of the EPIX Project, funded by the European Union under the #Cluster Excellence program. EPIX aims to reinforce #business relationships among its cluster partners, #SME, and cities, creating business-oriented #networking and #upskilling opportunities. #NewEuropeanBauhaus #EPIX #Innovation #SmartCities #Sustainability #EU #BasqueNEBDays #SustainableCities #RIS3
