Just get the one we actually interviewed and hired to show up on day 1 and yes, but don't forget to add the description for other countries mentioned below as well 😁 & you can have a placement fee of 8.33%. TA teams in Indonesia: 📢 Plenty of talent available. Find me someone who can fit within the team and the culture we have, with reasonable core skills, and you can have a fee of 20%. TA teams in Australia: 🌏 Talent is getting harder to find. Find me someone who is a good skills match and isn’t 30% over budget, and you can have a placement fee of 15 to 18%. TA teams in Japan: 🗾 Your network is your net worth. Here are more jobs than you can handle. Find me people who fit our culture and are actually willing to accept our offer. Do that and you can have a placement fee of 40%. TA teams in Singapore: 🦁 Don’t give up. Find me someone who doesn’t need a visa, or can pass the COMPAS framework, isn’t asking for more than a 12% bump in salary, has the right skills, is the right culture fit, will work beyond office hours as need be, has two solid references, and doesn’t switch jobs more than once in three years. #EMPATHY We deal with #Empathy almost daily… however… we need to clearly identify the emotion and value of such empathy being displayed to us… its one of the deadliest tools used in our modern interactions… As per my mind… Empathy is a very ambiguous concept… and as people on receiving end… we must carefully distinguish this… and... not become a tool in hands of our adversaries for achieve their means and ends…   #PERFECT_EMPATHY… in its full-fledged form is the art of influencing other people’s emotions… and underlying factor is understanding the other persons’ reasons… and not the emotions themselves…  it is used by display of joy or sorrows… to other person’s justified problems… it may also be an emotional response only to the other person’s situation justifying a given emotion… it can also be illustrated by sympathising with other person’s suffering… it truly borderlines #PITY… and draws more influence from moral rules… and past… #CONTAMINATED_EMPATHY… the most dangerous of the lot… in simple terms it’s a thankfulness at the contrast between our fortune and the sufferer’s misfortune…  #wellbeing of the person displaying the EMPATHY… not the interests of the other person. .. Hence, we need to be very clear as to what we are getting… Sympathy… Pity…

Very Interesting article. How the communication style is evolving. Still we follow the traditional style of taking approval for leave. But a Gen Z employee just shoot an email to "inform" his boss not to take "approval" for leave. As an HR we need to learn how to customize our process, practice and policies.
