"Because the candidates don't show up" and "too many applications". Because the candidate didn't show up, automation of the application status was impossible. Because there were "too many applications", setting up a hiring process was impossible. Over, and over, and over. Only in India does the miracle of "too many applications" happen. That too for only a selected group of "Specialists", always too busy to write an email, or set up any kind of process. The job listing is for an automation engineer, the candidate is supposed to be competent in automation of various systems, but too many applications. Some companies have just discovered this magical thing called ethics while hiring. For some reason, at least the candidate gets to know what they should. Such magical phenomenon.
