The real value lies in knowing how to effectively respond to them. Here are 11 types of toxic workplace behaviours and how to handle them. 1. Hippo (The Bully) ↳ Traits: Dominates and intimidates others. ↳ Avoid Conflict: Set firm boundaries, document incidents, and report to HR. 2. Zebra (The Fence-Sitter) ↳ Avoids taking sides. ↳ Avoid Conflict: Encourage decision-making, provide clear choices and consequences. 3.
