  • New Welcome Day for Eraneos Switzerland

    First step: created and implemented a special welcome day for our new joining partners.
    Second step: used the base of partner welcome day to create a welcome day for all new joiners while including the partners at several points. We focused on meeting the needs of all stakeholder groups incolved so that all new joiners attend the appropriate sessions and thus receive targeted knowledge to make their start as enjoyable and efficient as possible.

    First step: created and implemented a special welcome day for our new joining partners.
    Second step: used the base of partner welcome day to create a welcome day for all new joiners while including the partners at several points. We focused on meeting the needs of all stakeholder groups incolved so that all new joiners attend the appropriate sessions and thus receive targeted knowledge to make their start as enjoyable and efficient as possible.
    Furthermore, I developed a consulting bootcamp for day three, that gives new joiners without a consulting background a kick-start into their new profession. The sessions cover stakeholder management, presentation skills, slide design, client relations and general rules of conduct.

  • New Pre- and Onboarding Process

    Conception and implementation of the new country wide pre- and onboarding process.
    Starting with the new, more effective and faster pre boarding process I continued with a new pre joining communication and also created a new welcome day including a consulting bootcamp for new joiners not coming from a consulting background.

  • New Recruiting and Interview Process

    Created and Implemented the new recruiting and interview process for Eraneos.
    Reduced the time to hire from 3 month to 4 weeks while still ensuring a positive applicant journey.
    The interview process now also includes HR Interviews to ensure the 4 eye principle. Furthermore we implemented daily debriefings with all interview partners to ensure direct feedback and cross-team collaboration

  • Flagship Recruiting Event Chase the Case for EY Switzerland

    Created the EY Switzerland Flagship Recruiting Event "Chase the Case" which took place 4 years in a row. While Covid I changed the whole concept to a virtual one within 5 days. The virtual version included home sent apero packages and got very good feedbacks regarding participant experience. The regular version included several rounds of challenges, selecting winner teams that got invited to a three day final challenge in Davos. The winning team got an internship of their choice at EY.

    We had 150 applicants per year, from which we chose 80 to participate in the challenge.
    I was responsible for the whole event including advertising, location spotting, preparation, execution andwrap-up.
