What do you do if your career demands constant adaptability as a leader?
A leader must be resilient. In fact, the greatest leaders in history have long careers of demonstrating their resilience. Resilience of a team starts with the leader, so the leader must develop their character for resilience themselves. I would suggest that rigorous mental, emotional, spiritual, and even physical training outside of work is an excellent place to start. Resilience is a form of discipline, and discipline can be practiced and built. The leader's resilient, strong, and gritty attitude and character will be infectious, and will compel the team to be resilient as well. If the character of a leader is strong, the character of their team will be strong too.

What do you do if your employees are resistant to change?
This is where your influencing skills as a leader will come into play. A leader should have developed their ability to influence up until this point. So before they convey their communications, they should already have some sort of relationship with their sub-ordinates. As it comes to communicating, convey the message sincerely, clearly, but assertively. Explain it clearly to them so there is no confusion. It is also very important that you don't forget explaining the why for the change. Most importantly, ask for their thoughts on the change, and see if they also have suggestions for improving upon the change. Keep in mind that you will need to communicate to them about the changes over a long period of time before they accept them.

What do you do if you want to continuously grow as a leader in your career?
There is a quote that says "Leaders are readers". That means that leader must always learn new things. They must evolve everyday, or else their organization stagnates and dies. This curiosity for learning leads to 2 key leadership traits: humility and wisdom. The best leaders are humble. They know their limitations, they know they don't know everything, and they know they still have alot to learn. The best leaders are also wise. They know when to acta and when to stay their hand, they can see farther into the future, and they have the intellectual tools to respond to any situation. When a leader learns through books and courses, they are developing their character, and character is the most important aspect of a leader.

What do you do if your energy levels are low but you need to maximize productivity?
People so often do not consider the importance of hydration and sunlight to one's energy levels. Drinking water with electrolytes or a pinch of salt throughout the day, along with short walks in the sun, will help your energy levels greatly, especially if the cause of low energy is a lack of a good night sleep.

Recreating the Earth's Atmosphere and Climate within a Martian Dome System (Final Year Project)
-
• Developed a theoretical thermodynamic system that can recreate the atmosphere and climate of Earth within a Martian Dome system.
• Proposed a literary review on certain technologies analysing the suitability of the technology or process to the system.
• Critically analyzed each system and process from an engineering standpoint to determine suitable parameters for system operation, then presented recommendations for operation.
Final project grade: 77/100. -
Aerofoil Wing Fluids Project
-
• Proposed a method of investigating the effects of wind velocity and angle of attack of an aerofoil wing on the pressure drag of a model car
• Utilized the software package LABView to investigate the pressure difference at different points of the model car
• Analyzed data obtained to find pressure drag and drag coefficient of the car using the software package ANSYSOther creators -

Aeolian Vibration Dynamics Project
-
• Proposed a method of analyzing aeolian vibration in model conductor cables with different damper configurations
• Utilized the software package RT Pro Photon to monitor transducer vibrations
• Analyzed mode shapes and corresponding natural frequencies of the cable using the software package Pulse ReflexOther creators -
Chassis Design Project
-
• Designed a chassis for a car using the software packages SolidWorks and ANSYS that is designed to withstand certain bending and torsional loads as well as optimizing the design for a lighter weight
• Followed a structured set of specifications when designing the chassis to ensure the final design is both lightweight and compliant to standardsOther creators -

Magnetic Drill Support Design Project
-
As a team we were assigned to design a support system for a magnetic drill. This design would support a drill that would be a certain weight, and it must enable the drill to operate both horizontally and vertically. The overall mark achieved as a group was 33/40.
