What are the best Marketing Analytics tools for monitoring website traffic and conversion rates?
Google Analytics - and it’s good to see they finally added a day/week/month view to GA4. One of the most useful views to see how traffic is trending. Hubspot also been mentioned a number of times in other threads so I second that. To track ad campaigns from impression to click to enquiry to sale - Hubspot is the gold standard in my opinion for B2B or B2C for brands reliant for on lead generation. Not so much for ecomm and others have mentioned other platforms more suited for ecommerce. SEMrush gets an honourable mention for its insights - I’m just not convinced that it’s data is as exact as GA.

How can you leverage social media for professional networking?
Consistency. Regardless of the platform you chose - wether it's LinkedIn Facebook, TikTok or instagram - the algorithms all value consistency. In my experience and years of trial and error (and still trialling and erroring lol) you need to post consistently and ideally at the same time each day or week. Pro Tip:: for people looking to grow followers and just as importantly engagement on LinkedIn. Engage with the top accounts/influencers you follow 30 mins prior to posting and 30 mins following your post. This tells the algorithm that your "on platform" and active - which after a while will improve your own reach and engagement. PS "Thanks For Sharing" is not engaging - provide value and your own take when you comment :)

How can you effectively measure the ROI of your digital marketing tactics?
All of these points and perspectives are 100% valid when it comes to measuring ROI. However with so many moving parts, platforms, channels, creative variants, copy variants, variations in geo locations of markets the list goes on - you need a platform that will attribute all of the above and more. It's one thing to measure campaign ROI through these metrics but it's another to see the type of customer you are serving. So one thing I would add to this very detailed list is a CRM that measures all of the above - and provides a single source of truth. So you can ensure that your audience targeting is on point - and if not -how you can you improve your message to market (audience targeting) so you achieve a greater return on your marketing?
