The top 10 most used loyalty programmes in South Africa for both the economically active and mass market consumers. The most used loyalty programme for economically active consumers is Checkers Xtra Savings at 78% usage. Had the honour of joining some very smart and talented industry giants on a panel hosted by Martechvibe Global Marketing & CX Summits. The conversations were extremely insightful and centred around future tech integration, the use-cases and adoption of AI, as well which communication channels are best for your consumers.
