Our target is to support 100% the trade-in leads from AI-DSO & achieve 60%
successful deals.
3 Project Target
• Current condition: 7% sales comes from trade-in transaction
• 5 years goal: 50% of sales come from trade-in transaction

We propose three initiatives to increase leads and conversion rate to
transactions:
a. Buyback guarantee option. As a special offer for Daihatsu Trade-in

Marketing • Promoting Daihatsu Used Car (DuC) brand and Mobil88 as Astra Daihatsu’s
official used car partner.
• The services that will attract used car buyer to buy Daihatsu used car, such as:

• 1 year or 20,000km official warranty for machine and chassis

• 1 year free service in authorized workshop
