Terms
SCOPE OF SUPPLY :
Supply of LV Switchgear

INCLUSIONS :
•Routine Factory Test(FAT)
• Training

EXCLUSIONS :
•All site works that includes installation, and all cabling work
•Supply and installation of cables, lugs, glands and termination kits etc.
•Civil work of any kind and foundation channels.
•Any other work not related to our scope.
• Discrimination study.
• Testing & Commissioning.

DELIVERY PERIOD :
• 16 No: of Panels will deliver at the end of 2nd week & Remaining 16 No: will deliver at the end of 4th week.

TERMS OF PAYMENT :
• 10% Advance, 80% against delivery by LC payable within 90 Days, 10% after testing & commissioning by 90 Days PDC.

WARRANTY :
The warranty of the offered equipment against any manufacturing defects will be 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months
from the date of supply whichever is earlier.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

In additional to above clauses, our attached general conditions for sale of goods shall apply. All other terms & conditions are to be
mutually agreed upon.

ADDITIONS AND MODIFICATIONS :

In the event of an order, the equipment will be built as per approved drawings and agreed technical specifications. However, in case any
additional supplies or modifications or spares are required beyond the agreed specification/ approved drawings during the execution of
the order, we shall provide the same with specific terms and conditions to be mutually agreed.

CONTRACT VALIDITY :
Contract Price is valid for 6 months from the date of LPO, subject to receipt of drawing approval/manufacturing clearance within the
mentioned period.
