    Supply of DX System (High side)


    Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of new
    Inverter type Split type(Hi-wall mounted) Air conditioner
    shall comprise of high efficient Rotary Compressor along
    with all accessories, cordless Remote Control and all Latest
    Controls suitable for 230V+/-10VAC operation confirming to
    Indian standard & BEE certification Air Cooled condenser with
    CFC/HCFC free Gas and Design to withstand Minimim 30Mtr
    length of Copper piping without any derating in the energy.
    1.1 The unit shall have micro-processor controls. The Indoor and outdoor Nos
    units shall be installed on the space allotted in the drawings. Scope
    shall include all support for the indoor and outdoor units. The
    units shall be factory assembled and only the refrigerant piping
    shall be carried out at the site. The noise level for the outdoor unit
    shall be less than 50 dbA and for indoor unit less than 35 dbA. The
    price shall include the vibration isolator, support rods
    and necessary supports for the units.

    AMC cost after initial warranty period minimum 5 years


    on compressor and condenser & 2 years overall
    warenty. The warranty & AMC will be comprehensive
    and all cost of repairs / replacement of parts,
    accessories, etc. will be borne by the successful
    tenderer. The AMC payments will be released six
    monthly after successful completion of the Year 210,000
    period. Comprehensive AMC includes A) Servicing and
    maintenance of supplied Precision ACs,
    B) Repairing a and replacement of any electrical parts
    such as fan, switches ,MCBs. Faulty Cables, pipe line
    leakage attend, Refilling of oil and gas
